    Operations Support Shift Supervisor

    Job Description:

    • The Operational Support Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the staff compliment on site is supplied per shift with the correct PPE and to support the Line Manager in administrative duties

    Experience:

    • Industrial Services related experience in a coordinative or Supervisory role.
    • Computer literate (MS Office)

    Education:

    • Grade 12 equivalent NQF4 qualification

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure shifts are fully staffed as per client contract requirements using assignee pool
    • Maintain and make use of a standby assignee pool per shift
    • Responsible for issuing protective equipment (and related documentation), prior to placing an individual on assignment
    • Ensure employees wear PPE as per SHEQ guidelines daily
    • Briefing of all assignees with regards to ACMS, as well as client operating policies, procedures, health & safety and Labour relations issues prior to placing an individual on assignment or on the first day at client site.
    • Monitor and ensure employees are using the biometric or relevant timekeeping system correctly
    • Monitor attendance and timekeeping of assignees
    • Ensure that all incidents involving disciplinary issues are fully investigated, recorded and acted upon in a legally defensible manner up to Written Warning and escalated to Line Manager
    • Communicate and provide feedback client regularly and resolve employee queries timeously.
    • Immediately report Injuries on Duty (IOD’S) to the Line Manager or Regional Operational Support Manager
    • In the event of an Injury on Duty (IOD), ensure that the assignee gets first aid at the time of the incident and follow the ACMS guidelines for dealing with occupational injuries
    • Brief and induct all assignees with regards to ACMS, as well as client operating policies, procedures, health & safety and labour relations issues prior to placing an individual on assignment or on the first day at client site

    Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner

    Job Description:

    • Responsible to maintain and grow the Charisma Client data base by identifying and registering all potential new business opportunities.
    • Conducting medical fitness screening test and coordinating the team.
    • In depth knowledge of the process, ensuring regular and timeous completion thereof.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Account Manager

    Job Description:

    • Ensure client reports are to standard and provided timeously to the client
    • Liaise with operations to ensure clients needs are being delivered on and to proactively manage any delivery challenges, through the operations team

    Administration:

    • Update the sales pipeline weekly
    • Update the CRM with the appropriate information
    • Prepare and present sales reports including sales turnover, sales pipeline, and areas of proposed client based to the Manager monthly
    • Post sales stakeholder management:
    • Ensure on-going relationship building to retain the client and to identify new sales opportunities
    • Ensure client is aware of ATS differentiation at all times.

    Financial

    • Achieve agreed sales targets.
    • Ensure Operational approval of all costings to clients and the achievement of budgeted GP’s.

    Supply Chain Supervisor

    Job Description:

    • The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all warehouse functions are done timeously and accurately.

    Minimum Requirements:

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

    • Clear understanding of WMS
    • Experience in a Logistics and Distribution environment

    Shift Manager

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for the strategic shift planning, compliance and adherence of the ADfusion/Client model in liaison with client management.
    • This will include Inbound, Production, Outbound, Salvage and SHEQ Management

    Minimum Requirements:

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

    • Matric / NQF level 4 qualification
    • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations highly advantageous
    • 2-3 years of experience in a Logistics/Manufacturing / Distribution / TES environment essential

    • Support Client Site and Services Manager in delivering service plan for the shift
    • Responsible for the site in the absence of the Regional Operations Manager
    • Ensure there is a clear communication line between ADfusion and Client management
    • Compile and provide relevant reports as required on a daily basis for shift
    • handover and to ACMS Management
    • Ensure that TES implementation of discipline is aligned to ACMS disciplinary guidelines and adhered to
    • Manage outputs and productivity of assignees through TES Shift Managers.
    • Submit a forecast of shift cost taking into account Hours and Rates for all
    • TES staff including straight shift and full time staff.(Every 4 days);
    • Submit End of shift report (Daily);
    • Ensure registers for TES staff are signed and submitted daily;
    • Authorize overtime documents for TES staff;
    • Manage Salvage daily report;
    • Manage XMQIR report daily;
    • Ensure SHEQ appointments are done per shift;
    • Manage MHE from an ISight perspective;
    • Report on rack damages daily;
    • Ensure adherence to standard SOPs.
    • Share shift strategy with ADfusion management team. i.e Inbound and Outbound
    • Ensure that TES management is informed of the shift plan
    • Ensure that Training Development of all staff is in place in all departments
    • Ensure that order fill (Headcount) is above 97% for the shift
    • Adhere to ADfusion policies and procedures
    • Ensure SHEQ requirements per shift are met. i.e First Aiders, Safety Reps and Fire Fighters
    • Ensure that uniform standards is maintained
    • Protect Client assets, MHE equipment, Normal equipment (Cages and Totes) and respect for product
    • Ensure agencies comply with labour take on and exit processes, tracking of disciplinary actions etc
    • Ensure Agency KPI’s are measured and managed e.g. shift fill rates, throughput, payroll queries, MHE etc
    • Provide regular feedback to Agencies and Client regarding shift performance metrics/targets.
