JOB PURPOSE
- Assist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing and maintaining all store policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidates screening, interview strategy and offer process
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Build strong working relationships with HR and Hiring Managers.
- Development of assessment centres for high volume hiring for our retail division.
- Leverage relevant advertising resources to create awareness and attract qualified applications for key roles in Retail.
- Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions.
- Provides coaching and advice to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Work in close partnership with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to build proactive talent pipelines across retail and back-office positions.
- Support the TA Team in planning and gathering information for quarterly review meetings with key customers that will provide an overview of recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.
- Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
- Support additional back office recruitment initiatives as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and engagement efforts.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualification:
- Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, and retail field hiring experience is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English with proven ability to take initiative
- Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs
- Has advanced experience in recruitment sourcing channels
- Has good organization & planning skills
