    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    Customer On Boarding

    • To review and approve customer account opening documentation on the system.
    • Ensure that all information captured on the system matches the source documents.
    • Ensures that correct and clear documents are scanned prior to approval.
    • Ensure that all information is captured accurately on the Bank’s Operating systems
    • Ensures FICA policies and procedures are strictly enforced.
    • Ensures Watchlist screening check is conducted and clear.
    • Ensure that turnaround times are adhered to when approving Accounts.

    Digital onboarding

    • To review and approve digital banking profiles when required.
    • To review and approve linking of accounts.
    • To review and approve change of password.
    • To review and approve device linking.
    • To review and approve customer linking.
    • To contact customers to conduct verification checks.
    • To review and approve new accounts.

     Administration

    • Address/assist Branch FICA queries.

    Description

    Foreign Documentary Transactions

    Letters of Credit (Import):

    • Review and process Import LC applications.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness in collaboration with the FX Operation team.
    • Vet applications and ensure compliance with international banking standards.
    • Engage with clients regarding discrepancies and obtain written acceptance before rate confirmation.

    Regional Technical and Business Support Officer - Gauteng

    CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    • To provide a shared regional support function that assists the Region with marketing events and collateral, first-line IT coordination, facilities coordination, office administration, supplier liaison, logistics, asset and equipment support, health and safety administration, and general operational requirements.
    • The role is intended to support the smooth day-to-day running of regional activities by acting as a practical, hands-on coordination resource between the Region, IT, Facilities, Marketing, internal stakeholders and external service providers.

    MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

    Regional Marketing, Events and Brand Support
