    Data Analyst & Continuous Improvement - Customer Operations

    • This is a hands on role working in a small team of 2 supporting the operational needs of AnyVan.  You'll need to be a self starter who can use their initiative to get things done.  This role  demands curiosity, a passion for self-learning,  analytical thinking  and  excellent communication skills.
    • It's an ideal role for a strong problem solver who loves working with data to identify issues.   You'll be pragmatic and able to come up with workable solutions using that data to drive business performance, and address key operational challenges.

    What you'll be doing

    Data Analysis & Insights:

    • Analyse data (from tools like Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) to find trends, patterns, and areas for  improvement
    • Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to help guide decision-making
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of changes
    • Use advanced analytics to evaluate sales roles, workloads, and strategies, improving team efficiency

    Process Optimisation:

    • Design and improve workflows for sales, customer services, and operations to increase  efficiency and productivity
    • Redesign commercial frameworks to boost team productivity, visibility, and engagement while cutting costs
    • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to enhance processes and systems
    • Work with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with company goals

    Project Management and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable strategies based on business needs
    • Delivery of projects on time and to budget that contribute to the company's growth and  sustainability

    Utilising Technology:

    • Manage internal requests and the technology stack for Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing (Twilio, etc)
    • Optimise systems and workflows to improve effectiveness and streamline operations

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economic or a related field
    • Solid experience in data analysis, coding (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.), and reporting tools such as Excel, Snowflake, Tableau or Power BI
    • Proven record working with customer operations and sales teams to provide pragmatic  solutions using data to drive results 
    • Strong project management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling  effective coordination across multiple functions and stakeholder groups
    • A bias to action with a proven track record of delivering results and getting things done at high tempo
    • The ability to commute to our offices in the Central Business District in Cape Town at least  3 days a week

    Sales Executive - France

    Recruitment Team Leader (High volume Ops Recruitment)

    • As the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving recruitment for our customer service, sales and operational teams across South Africa and the UK.
    • You'll need to deliver effective sourcing and assessment strategies whilst managing one other person to make sure we can bring in the right people quickly and efficiently to keep the business running smoothly.

    What you'll be doing:

    Finger on the pulse:

    • Work with your manager to create effective strategies and provide pragmatic solutions to challenges to deliver quality talent at pace
    • Work closely with your manager and Sales and Ops leaders to stay aligned to hiring needs, deliver pro-active updates and highlight challenges and solutions
    • Keep an eye on our recruitment processes, always looking for ways to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the candidate experience
    • Make sure assessment strategies we use are effective and provide us with the best way to assess what good likes like and hire right first time

    Candidate sourcing and selection:

    • This is a hands on recruitment role and you need to be happy to deliver in a 360 recruitment role and manage recruitment processes from role briefing to candidate pre-boarding.

    Ensure yourself and the team:

    • Manage high volumes of applications efficiently, making sure all candidates receive a fair and positive experience, from the first contact all the way through to their onboarding, regardless of the outcome
    • Work with multiple channels to directly and proactively source, attract and pipeline, top talent positioning AnyVan as an employer of choice
    • Hustle and proactively source top talent for challenging and competitive roles and come up with creative solutions when talent pools are challenging
    • Drive hiring quality and assess candidates suitability effectively against roles we're hiring for, acting quickly on strong candidates to secure top talent
    • Manage and guide candidates and stakeholders through the offer management process to make sure we secure candidates

    Tools, technology and numbers!

    • We have a number of tools we work with to drive efficiencies and improve user experience. I.e. Metaview (automated note taking in online interviews) and Ashby is our recruitment platform which has great automation and reporting functionalities.
    • Make sure Ashby (our recruitment platform) is used correctly and we can rely on the integrity of the data we use for reporting
    • Use data regularly to keep your team on track to deliver objectives and proactively take corrective action to improve based on the data when needed
    • Provide reports and insights (like time-to-fill, candidate quality, etc.) and provide insights to help drive better decisions and refine strategies

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead, motivate, and support a small recruitment team to meet hiring targets and KPI's and deliver quality candidates for operational, customer service, and sales positions
    • Provide coaching and ongoing development for your team, helping them improve their skills and achieve their goals

    Ad Hoc Projects:

    • Support on any recruitment-related projects or initiatives that come up as needed

    Set for success:

    • We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience recruiting for sales, customer service, and operations roles in fast-paced commercial businesses. If you've got a knack for quality hiring (bonus points if you’ve got international or contact centre experience), we want to hear from you!
    • As part of our small team, you’ll need a hands-on, can-do attitude. You’re someone who’s self-motivated and knows how to drive results
    • Ideally, you’ve got some management experience or you’re a senior recruiter ready to step into a leadership role for the first time.
    • You’ll need a proven track record of developing effective strategies and coming up with practical solutions to hire the right people, fast
    • We’re big on data-driven decisions, so strong analytical skills are a must. You should be comfortable building reports and tracking key talent metrics to make sure we’re on the right track
    • Familiarity with talent platforms and tools is important—you’ll be using them to automate processes, report on metrics, and engage with the business more effectively
    • Even when things are moving fast, you’ll need to keep the focus on quality and attention to detail
    • We’re looking for someone who can communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels
    • You’ll need to be able to commute to our CBD office 5 days a week (this may drop to 3 days once you’re settled in)

    Customer Success Manager (SAAS Solution)

    • Your role is essential in ensuring that our TPs are satisfied, engaged on our platform, and operate at the level of excellence required by AnyVan.  You will use your account management skills, your problem-solving mindset and your analytical abilities to help them succeed and grow.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Work to agreed targets focusing platform and feature adoption & engagement metrics
    • Leverage digital tools such as Hubspot and product retention platforms such as Chameleon to influence retention and user engagement at scale
    • Drive retention and growth among our TPs through regular, meaningful conversations that build and nurture relationships and identify and resolve issues
    • Provide meaningful insight to the business and the product team to improve the TP experience
    • Generate reports and analyse data to produce insights for impactful decision-making to support TP retention and engagement goals
    • Ensure TPs are enabled by creating training content such as mailer campaigns, videos, and platform tours
    • Score and evaluate TP training outcomes to ensure they meet AnyVan’s standards and set goals and timeframes for TPs to implement solutions and improvements and then monitor success through TP performance on an ongoing basis
    • Build and nurture a network of key stakeholders across AnyVan and collaborate with departments like Allocations, Recruitment & Onboarding, and TP Support, to resolve complex issues and improve the TP experience
    • Review and update training materials to reflect business changes

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Solid experience working with SAAS based products in a fast paced commercial organisation  in a b2b Customer success role
    • Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills with the ability to produce accurate and effective insights and reporting to help drive decisions
    • Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM and training platforms
    • Data competency such as use of SQL or BI Tools highly beneficial
    • Strong problem solving skills with an analytical approach that uses data to support and inform solutions
    • The ability to develop, multiple high quality, trust-based working relationships that demonstrates we understand TP's needs and are able to support and guide them through processes to meet those needs and achieve strong results for AnyVan
    • Proactive and action orientated, you demonstrate high degrees of curiosity, accountability and ownership to consistently deliver
    • Proven track record working to and consistently delivering against targets
    • Thrive in a fast paced environment in which you need to prioritise and re-prioritise to managing multiple relationships and tasks
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with TPs and internal stakeholders
    • Able to commute to our offices in the central business district in Cape Town at least 3-4 days a week
