    Facilities Specialist

    JOB PURPOSE

    • The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support, coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, facilities hard and soft services activities to ensure a clean, safe, hygienic and sustainable working environment to all AGSA offices.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Strategic function
    • Participate in the implementation of the BSC initiatives within the BU
    • Product Management
    • Building management administration
    • Managing of soft services: Hygiene, pest control, indoor plants, catering, waste management and cleaning to deliver a healthy, safe and clean environment to the AGSA.
    • Conducting building inspections and spot checks.
    • Supervision of the cleaning and hospitality staff to ensure quality service delivery.
    • Scheduling of planned building activities such as carpet cleaning, pest control, deep cleaning, window cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

    Skills, Experience & Education

    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Formal Education
    • This position requires a minimum of NQF Level 6 qualification in Property Management or Facilities Administration or related field.

    Experience

    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Facilities Administration environment

    Assistant Manager IT Audit - (ERP: SAP)

    Requirement Overview

    • Implement audit initiatives to promote the secure, effective and efficient implementation of IT architectures and services within the government sector.
    • To be a highly knowledgeable subject matter expert in the evaluation of the design and effectiveness of information systems controls and processes.
    • Further, to develop and implement the IT audit plan to review technical system controls, identify deficiencies, communicate control and compliance risks, advise leadership on status of technology-related controls and compliance concerns within the government sector, and provide meaningful and effective recommendations.

    Knowledge

    • Should have knowledge of Oracle SysAdmin and Oracle business process reviews 

    Experience

    • Minimum 4 years IS auditing experience

    Senior Administrator – IT Support

    Requirement Overview

    • The purpose of this role is to provide ICT and administrative support to the Business Unit. 
    • The role reports to the Business Unit Administration Manager.

    Asset Management:

    • Ensure that all assets are recorded and barcoded in the asset register. 
    • Issue and replace laptops

    • Advise staff on proper handling of the assets. 
    • Manage the transfer of the BU assets. 
    • Follow up on missing and damaged assets to ensure they are counted for. 
    • Organize and monitor assets register.

    Senior Audit Manager

    Requirement Overview

    • The purpose of this position is to deliver the portfolio of audits, lead multiple teams responsible for the audit during the audit process (planning, execution and reporting) to ensure delivery of quality and value adding audits in compliance with auditing standards and relevant legislation in line with the AGSA strategy.
