    Content Writer

    What you’ll be doing:

    Content Creation and SEO/AIO Optimisation

    • Research and write SEO-optimised blog articles to grow organic traffic and support AI model visibility.
    • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and brand alignment.
    • Optimise new and existing content for search engines and large language models (e.g. ChatGPT).
    • Monitor analytics and keyword trends to continuously refine content strategy.

    Technical and Regulated Writing

    • Write and maintain clear, compliant content for policy wordings, PDS documents, brochures, and customer communications.
    • Translate complex insurance information into plain English—without compromising regulatory accuracy.
    • Ensure alignment with Australian financial services laws and consumer protection standards.

    Creative Copywriting Support

    • Support the creative team on campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, and social media when needed.
    • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and messaging across all platforms.

    What you’ll need:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in content writing, with exposure to technical and regulated environments.
    • Strong grasp of SEO, AIO (AI optimisation), and how content influences visibility across search engines and AI tools.
    • Excellent written English, grammar, and proofreading skills.

    Marketing Analyst

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Analytics & Measurement

    • Own and optimise tagging and digital measurement across GA4, GTM, and UTM frameworks.
    • Maintain the marketing measurement framework and GA4 tagging dictionary.
    • Define and validate all campaign tracking requirements with the Digital Marketing Specialist.
    • Build and maintain GA4 dashboards and custom reporting views.
    • Develop detailed marketing performance dashboards in Power BI, integrating campaign, lead, conversion, and spend data.

    Marketing Reporting & Performance Monitoring

    • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance dashboards and reports.
    • Track results against KPIs, identify trends and variances, and highlight efficiency improvement opportunities.
    • Build integrated marketing performance reports across channels and platforms.
    • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to enhance Qlik Sense dashboards.
    • Partner with the call centre team to understand lead quality and feed operational insights into marketing performance analysis.

     Campaign Performance Analysis

    • Analyse cross‑channel campaign performance and diagnose what’s driving results.
    • Evaluate CPL, CPS, conversion rates, cancellation rates, and ROI.
    • Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to guide media investment and channel strategy. 

    Competitor & Market Insights

    • Monitor competitor digital activity and indicative media spend.
    • Prepare quarterly competitor and market performance reviews to support planning and channel optimisation.

     Customer Experience & Brand Tracking

    • Analyse NPS, customer feedback, brand tracking studies, and complaint data.
    • Identify trends and insights to support improvements in messaging, brand positioning, and customer experience.

     Industry Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

    • Stay up to date with advancements in analytics, attribution modelling, and measurement tools.
    • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, measurement accuracy, or analytical methodologies.

    Essential Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or similar.
    • 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics or performance reporting.
    • Hands‑on experience with GA4, GTM, and UTM frameworks.
    • Strong experience building detailed dashboards in GA4 and Power BI.

    Technical Legal Claims Advisor (Insurance)

    Key Responsibilities

    Triage & Technical Review

    • Triage all litigated and pre-litigated matters referred by the Rapid CEO.
    • Review indemnity and liability assessments for alignment with policy terms, legal principles, and risk appetite.
    • Identify matters requiring escalation, early intervention, or external legal involvement.
    • Provide clear, practical recommendations on indemnity, liability exposure, and next step.

    Legal & Technical Correspondence

    Draft high-quality correspondence to insureds, brokers, claimants, and external stakeholders relating to:

    • Indemnity decisions
    • Liability positions
    • Coverage clarifications
    • Strategic and procedural updates
    • Ensure all communication is legally sound, commercially appropriate, and aligned with brand standards.
    • Support the CEO by preparing communications for review and sign-off.

    Litigated Claims Administration

    • Manage the administrative lifecycle of litigated files, including:
    • File setup and structuring
    • Documentation management
    • Ongoing review and status tracking
    • Monitor and communicate key deadlines, risks, and developments.

    Executive Support & Reporting

    Provide concise, forward-looking updates to the Rapid CEO, including:

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric / National Senior Certificate.
    • Legal training or tertiary legal qualification (LLB or equivalent – admission not required)
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance, with exposure to commercial B2B lines, preferably in Professional Indemnity and/or General Liability.
    • Experience with pre-litigated and litigated claims.
    • Strong understanding of policy interpretation, indemnity, and liability principles.
    • Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in legal drafting.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex files and competing priorities.

    Group Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Reporting & Consolidation:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS. Perform intercompany reconciliations and compile group management accounts with analysis and commentary.

    Statutory & Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with IFRS, Companies Act, and other regulations. Assist with annual financial statements and coordinate external audits.
