    Head: Collections

    Purpose Statement

    • To create and set a strategy for Collections in Business Bank and manage its execution and implementation through the development of a department and a team and the embedding of principles, policies, processes and practices.

    Minimum
    Experience

    • At least 10-15 years’ experience with exposure in both a business and commercial banking environment and experience with scored portfolios.
    • Of which, at least 5-years’ experience in senior leadership role overseeing an organizational unit and responsibility for collections

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Honours Degree in Law or Business Management

    • Post Graduate Diploma in Law or Economic and Management Sciences
