About the role

• You will be responsible for financial operations which includes invoicing, supplier management, and reporting. In addition, you’ll handle people operations by coordinating recruitment processes and overseeing new employee onboarding. Furthermore, you will manage office operations, organise team events, and take on various tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly.

Requirements

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

• University Degree, BCom degree with first year accounting or similar degree
• 1+ years work experience 
• Experience working in an agency, startup, consulting or other customer facing environment
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Experience using Xero or similar software for creating invoices
• Good Excel / Google sheets skills 
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written English - spelling, grammar, proofreading skills

Requirements

• University Degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Media Studies or similar (you have an academic background in writing)
• 2+ years copywriting experience that’s included B2B work
• Strong interest in the world of Tech / FinTech
• Passion for creating conversion focussed copy and content
• High degree of curiosity (you are constantly learning)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Based in Cape Town or can easily relocate
