    B2B Growth Marketing Manager

    About the Role

    • This role is an opportunity to own the strategy and execution of the Go-to-Market campaigns that we run for our international FinTech and SaaS Customers. You’ll engage directly with the Sales and Marketing leadership teams of these companies, and own the process of creating the campaigns we run for them.
    • You’ll receive extensive training on our internal methodology for setting up high performing SDR / demand generation campaigns. This includes Playbooks, Strategy, Ideal Customer Profiles, Buyer Personas, Messaging and Sales Enablement.
    • Where you have spare capacity, you’ll also support Delta-v’s internal product and content marketing efforts.

    Requirements

    • University Degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Media Studies or similar (you have an academic background in writing)
    • 2+ years experience in B2B writing, growth marketing, product marketing or sales enablement
    • Customer facing experience
    • Passionate about the world of Tech / FinTech
    • Insane levels of curiosity (you are constantly learning)
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Based in Cape Town or can easily relocate

    Office Manager / Business Operations Manager

    Key responsibilities will be:

    •  Financial operations: Ensuring that we have seamless financial processes including billing, supplier payments, and managing the relationship with our outsourced accounting firm
    •  People operations: Ensuring that we hire the best people and that they have great onboarding experiences. This includes managing recruitment processes, new employee onboarding, and payroll
    •  Client reporting: Ensuring that our clients have visibility on key performance metrics. This involves generating weekly and monthly reports that we share with our customers.
    •  Office Operations: Managing the office environment and ensuring that we have a great working environment for all of our team members - this includes organising regular team building activities and events.

    Requirements

    You’ll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

    • University Degree
    • Matric mathematics (not Maths literacy)
    • Basic financial administration experience - in particular experience using Xero / Pastel or similar software for creating and sending invoices
    • 2+ years office management / financial administration experience
    • Good Excel / Google sheets skills
    • Highly organised
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written English
