    B2B Campaign Specialist - FinTech - Cape Town - R360k CTC

    About the role

    • This is a brand new opening which has been created due to growth in our business. It’s an opportunity to take responsibility for supporting the end-to-end delivery of demand generation campaigns for high growth international FinTech companies. You’ll get extensive training on Delta-v’s market leading outbound methodology and learn how to set up, run, and optimise high performing campaigns. 

    In the role you’ll be responsible for:

    • Supporting client onboarding by setting up project plans, scheduling workshops, preparing agendas, and building campaign playbooks.
    • Writing sales copy & content that converts into Sales Qualified Meetings
    • Compiling buyer persona data and managing outbound messaging templates.
    • Supporting client campaign management by coordinating mini-campaigns and messaging updates.
    • Assisting with campaign optimisation by collating campaign data and implementing improvements.
    • Supporting Delta-v’s inbound demand generation activities through content development and execution (blogs, social, webinars).

    Requirements

    Essential skills and experience that you’ll bring to the role:

    • University degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, or a related field.
    • 2+ years working experience in marketing roles.
    • B2B marketing experience preferable, ideally in lead generation or demand generation.
    • Strong copywriting skills with experience writing conversion-focused B2B content/copy (e.g. email, ads, social).
    • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in simple ways (written and verbal).
    • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and highly organised.
    • Curiosity and a love for learning about new products, markets, and technology.
    • Strong data analysis skills, ability to problem solve and think critically.

    Sales Development Director - FinTech - Cape Town - R700k-R1M OTE

    About the role

    • This is a brand new opening which has been created due to growth in our business. It’s an opportunity to take responsibility for managing teams of SDRs that are supporting high growth international FinTech companies. You’ll get extensive training on how to hire, train and manage SDRs using Delta-v’s market leading internal methodology. You’ll also get exposure to the leadership teams of some of Europe’s hottest FinTechs.

    In the role you’ll be responsible for:

    • Developing deep FinTech knowledge based on the clients that you work with
    • Hiring, coaching and managing teams of SDRs / BDRs
    • Optimising sales processes and sales playbooks
    • Acting as the Account Manager to the FinTech clients whose teams you manage - providing them with market insights, feedback and reporting to optimise outbound campaigns
    • Forming part of Delta-v’s leadership team that is steering the growth of our business

    Requirements

    • University degree
    • 5+ years B2B sales experience in roles where you’ve had to generate sales pipeline through activities such as cold calling
    • 1+ years management experience where you’ve had full responsibility for managing sales people
    • A track record of achieving quota/sales targets
    • Deep knowledge of sales process and methods
    • Constant focus on learning and improving your sales skills (you should be a sales nerd)

    Enterprise SDR - move into International FinTech Sales - R450k OTE Per Annum

    About the role

    • This role offers the chance to transition into Tech Sales for one of our FinTech/SaaS clients, using your sales and customer-facing experience to become a tech sales expert. You’ll generate high-quality sales pipeline, contribute to new customer acquisition, and help accelerate growth for both Delta-v and our clients. Working closely with leadership and sales teams at top UK-based FinTech and SaaS companies, you'll focus on booking meetings with C-level executives at major enterprises. You’ll start with our  training program, an elite business program designed to kick-start your tech sales career, with a clear progression path leading to leadership opportunities within two years.

    What you'll be responsible for

    • Developing a deep understanding of the FinTech & SaaS space in different markets across EMEA
    • Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential customers that match our customer's ICP
    • Identify and understand the right people to reach out to
    • Reaching out to these prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and engaging them to the point where you secure an initial meeting or product demo
    • Schedule and join meetings and demos with prospects
    • Continuously refine and improve your sales techniques and knowledge of our customer's enterprise platform.
    • Collaborate with our customers, contribute to tactics and be involved in creating the strategy of the Go-to-Market target campaigns you're involved in

    Requirements

    You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

    • University degree
    • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (ideally something sales-related) following your studies
    • Strong demonstrable interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
    • High energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for engaging with C-Level executives
    • Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
    • South African Citizen

    Nice to have (but not required):

    • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
