    Data Engineer - Sandton

    About the Role

    • We're looking for a dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated individual to work from our Johannesburg Office. The Data Engineer will leverage their expertise in data and related technologies to support the organization's data strategy and business objectives.
    • They will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, optimizing data workflows, and enabling efficient data access and processing for various business functions.

    What You’ll Do

    • Work closely with Data Analysts, Software Engineers, and Product Owners within a squad environment to help shape data architecture detail designs through collaborative tools like Jira to ensure delivery of agile methodologies.
    • Enhance and automate data ingestion processes by implementing ETL pipelines using low code toolsets like Knime.
    • Integrate with various external data sources using SQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud-based solutions.
    • Leverage programming languages such as Python and Java to optimize existing and build new automation workflows
    • Develop dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics/ etc. or equivalent
    • Solid knowledge of Python or Node.js.
    • Working knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.

    Competencies:

    • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
    • Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables
    • Ability to work effectively within a team
    • Ability to see and present "the big picture" and offer solutions to make it better

    Client Success Manager - Sandton

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • The Client Success Manager is responsible for upselling new revenue opportunities into the company's existing client base. They will be responsible for forming trusting relationships with clients and having oversight of all account activities, sorting out issues and pricing deals presented to the company in a way that will allow clients to win the deals for themselves.

    On a practical level this role also involves:

    • Making key strategic decisions with clients
    • Making key pricing decisions on clients’ rollouts and big projects
    • Responsible for resolving any issues arising from our service team (“go-to” person for the clients)
    • Utilizing client relationships to upsell and grow revenue from client by: selling them new products, introducing them to new opportunities and awakening dormant accounts that have not shipped for a while
    • Consolidating on the client base to ensure the company is getting maximum revenue from clients
    • Ultimately, this is a soft-sales role and requires someone with exceptional client management skills, great problem-solving skills, responsive and impressive to the clients. Moreover, they should have the courage to push the clients’ boundaries in terms of pricing, selling and introducing them to new products the company has.
    • The Client Success Manager will work directly with the Branch Manager responsible for signing clients. Additionally, they will have oversight of the Account Managers and Compliance teams who are

    Junior Revenue Operations Analyst - Sandton

    Job Description

    Key responsibilities:

    • HubSpot Administration
    • Day-to-day HubSpot admin support for Sales/Leads team
    • Troubleshoot issues: deal movement/stages, ownership, routing, duplicates, associations.
    • Maintain data hygiene: properties, required fields, pipeline/stage consistency
    • Build/maintain sales automations using HubSpot workflows/Power Automate flows.
    • Build/maintain reports and dashboards (pipeline visibility, activity tracking)

    Sales Support & Governance

    • Handle ad hoc HubSpot questions and requests from the sales team
    • Manage lead/deal queries in a consistent, evidence-based way
    • Review and approve/decline extension requests based on documented traction and activity evidence
    • Escalate or log bugs/issues and coordinate resolution where needed

    ICP & List Building Support

    • Learn the company's value proposition + ICPs to support lead targeting
    • Assist Leads team with building and validating lists of “good fit” companies
    • Apply structured criteria (fit signals, segmentation, notes) and keep lists clean/import-ready

    Excel + AI-Enabled Ops

    • Use Excel/Sheets for cleaning and analysing lists (pivots, lookups, deduping, formatting)
    • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, summarise findings, and support list development (with accuracy checks)

    Preferred Skills and competencies:

    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities
    • Clear and effective communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
    • Curious about sales process and motivated by helping sales teams perform better

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree, business management, systems analysis, computer science
    • 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a CRM administration role or sales
    • HubSpot experience advantageous
    • Exposure to B2B sales funnels, lead routing rules and basic RevOps reporting advantageous
    • Experience with lead research/list building, enrichment, or segmentation advantageous
    • Experience with BI tools like PowerBi advantageous
