    Chief Technology & Security Officer (CTSO) - Remote - Dual Passport Required

    The Role

    This position combines approximately:

    • 60% IT Operations & Technology Leadership
    • 40% Information Security & Cyber Risk Management
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global IT operations, developing and executing technology roadmaps, driving infrastructure optimisation, and ensuring a strong and evolving security posture across a geographically distributed business.
    • This role is best suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic leadership, governance, risk management, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technology & IT Operations

    • Lead global IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, systems, and end-user technology services
    • Develop and execute long-term technology and infrastructure roadmaps
    • Drive cloud strategy, optimisation, and governance
    • Oversee IT service management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational performance
    • Manage technology budgets, vendors, licensing, and strategic technology investments
    • Lead distributed international IT teams through regional management structures

    Information Security

    • Own the organisation's cyber security strategy and security roadmap
    • Drive security governance, risk management, compliance, and security maturity initiatives
    • Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, identity management, and security controls
    • Lead compliance initiatives aligned to frameworks such as ISO27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR, and POPIA
    • Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

    Candidate Profile:

    • Experience leading global or multi-country technology operations
    • Strong exposure to both IT infrastructure and cyber security
    • Experience managing distributed teams and third-party providers
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies, security frameworks, governance, and risk management
    • Experience operating at executive, director, or senior leadership level

    Key Accounts Controller - (Mandarin Speaking)

    • Are you a customer-focused professional with strong administrative skills and the ability to build excellent client relationships? Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing solutions provider, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Key Accounts Controller to join their Gauteng team.
    • This role is responsible for managing day-to-day customer service for key account customers, supporting the Business Development Manager, and ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective communication, accurate administration, and timely follow-up on customer requests.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service & Query Management

    • Handle inbound telephone and walk-in enquiries from existing customers.
    • Respond to routine customer queries regarding pricing, service availability, delivery status, and account-related matters.
    • Record customer interactions accurately within company systems.
    • Escalate complex customer concerns and service issues to the Business Development Manager when required.

    Quote Preparation & Customer Support

    • Assist the Business Development Manager with the preparation of customer quotations using approved templates and pricing structures.
    • Track outstanding quotations and proactively follow up with customers.
    • Liaise with Head Office regarding non-standard pricing requests and approval processes.

    Account Administration

    • Maintain accurate customer records, contact information, and account details.

    General Administration

    • Follow up on outstanding customer issues and requests.
    • Update CRM and customer management systems.
    • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
    • Assist with additional duties and projects as required.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12).
    • 3–5 years' experience in customer service, account administration, or administrative support.
    • Previous experience within the logistics, freight, warehousing, or supply chain industry is highly advantageous.
    • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
    • Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
    • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of routine customer requests.

    Advantageous Experience

    • Previous experience preparing quotations and working with pricing structures.
    • Knowledge of warehousing, freight, logistics, or supply chain operations.
    • Experience using CRM systems.

    Essential Requirement

    • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is non-negotiable.

    Audit Supervisor - Hillcrest, Durban

    Job Description

    • An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Audit Supervisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced audit practice based in Hillcrest. This role is suited to a technically strong individual who is confident managing audit engagements from planning through to completion, while providing guidance and support to junior team members.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the Audit Manager with the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring that audits are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate and supervise audit engagements from commencement through to finalisation.
    • Perform and review audit procedures across all audit sections.
    • Prepare and review audit files and working paper files independently.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards, firm policies and quality requirements.
    • Draft Annual Financial Statements using Draftworx or similar financial statement preparation software.
    • Perform and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
    • Identify audit risks and recommend appropriate audit procedures.
    • Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve audit queries professionally and efficiently.
    • Manage multiple audit assignments while meeting strict deadlines.
    • Supervise, mentor and train junior audit staff.
    • Review the work performed by junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
    • Assist the Audit Manager with the management and administration of the audit department.
    • Address staff queries and provide technical guidance and support.
    • Assist with conflict resolution and contribute positively to team dynamics.
    • Work on a variety of client portfolios, including companies, body corporates, estate agents, schools, NPOs and other entities.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and client service.

    Minimum Requirements

    • BCom Degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Completed articles with significant audit exposure gained at a registered audit firm.
    • Candidates who have recently completed articles will be considered, provided they have strong practical audit experience.
    • Thorough understanding of the full audit process, from planning to completion.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Experience managing all sections of an audit engagement.
    • Experience supervising and training junior staff.
    • Valid driver's licence and preferably own reliable transport.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.

    Systems Experience

    • Draftworx (preferred).
    • Experience with other audit and financial statement preparation software will be advantageous.
    • Pastel.
    • Sage One.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
