    FMCG Sales Representative: Bloemfontein – Free State Region

    Salary & Benefits:

    • Basic Salary: R16 000 per month (depending on experience)

    Property Handyman: Bellville (Cape Town)

    • Salary: Will be determined by experience, plus company contribution to medical aid and pension fund.

    Desired experience and qualification:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Additional training in maintenance or infrastructure (advantageous)
    • Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience
    • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
    • Ability to read and follow instructions/ blueprints
    • Familiarity with maintenance systems and basic computer use

    Duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Conduct daily inspections of buildings to identify maintenance needs
    • Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and work orders
    • Perform general repairs and maintenance (doors, locks, fittings, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.)
    • Inspect and maintain equipment including pumps, air-conditioning systems, generators, water tanks, and electrical distribution boards

    Commercial Property Manager – Corporate Buildings: Bellville (Cape Town)

    Purpose of the role:

    • Responsible for the overall management of 15–20 corporate buildings within the Cape Town region, including oversight of maintenance operations.

    Desired experience and qualifications:

    • Grade 12
    • Tertiary qualification in Property Facilities, or Property Operations, or Property Management.
    • Technical qualification advantageous.
    • Min 3 years’ experience in corporate building management.
    • Budget-planning experience.
    • Maintenance planning, scheduling, and financial administration experience.
    • Must be able to interpret financial statements and forecasting.
    • Understanding and experience of soft services – handling cleaners, garden services
    • Have technical knowledge as well as compliance knowledge
    • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant property management software.
    • Willing to travel and sleep out.

    Duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Conduct annual and bi-annual building audits, inspections, and tenders.
    • Manage budgets, service contracts, and major capital expenses.

    Food Production Quality Controller: Bloemfontein

    Job Purpose:

    • To monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards throughout the production process, ensuring that all products comply with internal specifications, HACCP principles, and relevant food safety regulations.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Qualification as a Food Technologist or related qualification in Food Science / Food Technology
    • HACCP certification (recent and valid – essential)
    • Knowledge of GFSI standards and basic understanding of food fraud prevention
    • Health & Safety qualification will be an advantage
    • Previous experience in a food production / FMCG environment preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products
    • Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety standards
    • Monitor production processes to ensure product consistency and quality
    • Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues
    • Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation
    • Assist in internal audits and external inspections

    Operations Team Leader (Cleaning Services): Bloemfontein

    Job Purpose:
