    Retail Property Administrator: Sandton, Gauteng

    Desired experience and qualifications:

    • Grade 12
    • Relevant Diploma advantageous
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Retail Property Administrator
    • Must have previously handled at least 4-5 retail buildings
    • Experience within retail property management is essential
    • Strong financial administration and debtors experience
    • Property leasing experience
    • Strong working knowledge of PIMS, MDA, or similar property software
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Willingness to travel to township and rural retail sites when required
    • Afrikaans and English speaking will be advantageous

     Duties and Responsibilities will include:

    • Tenant administration and account management of 9 retail buildings
    • Lease administration and lease capturing
    • Managing arrears and collections
    • Tenant reconciliations and query resolution
    • Processing municipal and utility invoices
    • Managing tenant turnovers and deposit refunds
    • Maintaining property and unit data
    • Monthly reporting and reconciliations
    • Liaising with tenants, leasing departments, and service providers

    • Our client is looking for a Day Shift Fleet Controller & Scheduler to join their logistics team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day coordination and scheduling of transport operations, ensuring optimal route planning, efficient fleet utilization, and effective communication between drivers, clients, and management.
    • This role requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle the pressure of a busy transport operation.

    Working Hours:

    • Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00 (rotational weekends included)
    • Flexibility is required based on operational needs.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12.
    • 2–5 years of proven experience in Fleet Control, Dispatch, Operations, or Scheduling (transport/logistics industry).
    • Sound understanding of fleet operations, route planning, and driver management.
    • Computer literate – MS Excel, Outlook, and fleet tracking systems (e.g., Mix Telematics, C-Track, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • Driver’s Licence with own reliable transport to and from work.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Plan, schedule, and allocate loads to drivers and vehicles efficiently.
    • Ensure all trips are executed according to client requirements and delivery deadlines.
    • Manage and monitor daily fleet movements and driver schedules.
    • Track and update vehicle locations using fleet management systems.
    • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal departments to resolve operational challenges.
    • Handle load confirmations, route planning, and trip documentation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records, trip sheets, and reports.
    • Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and driver behaviour.

    • Support night shift team with shift handover and feedback.

    Accountant (Transport): Bloemfontein

    Desired experience and qualifications:

    • BCom Degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, or a related field
    • Exposure to stock-auditing, fleet, and operational processes will be beneficial
    • Knowledge of internal controls and risk management
    • Experience with financial systems and reporting
    • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

    Duties & Responsibilities will include:

    • Conduct audits on operational assets and consumables, including tyres, fuel (diesel), parts, and general stock
    • Monitor and verify fuel usage, identify variances, and investigate discrepancies
    • Perform stock counts and reconcile inventory (spare parts, tyres, and workshop items)
    • Audit procurement and usage of parts to ensure cost control and prevent losses
    • Identify irregularities, wastage, or potential fraud within operational processes
    • Ensure proper record-keeping and adherence to control procedures within the workshop and stores environment
    • Assist director with financial/accounting tasks as and where needed
