WE WANT CANDIDATES WHO:

• are experienced private tutors, or

• are currently teachers, or

• have recently graduated, or

• dropped out of their studies to explore something else, or

• are studying via correspondence, or

• are currently not studying.

REQUIREMENTS

• Privately owned vehicle and driver’s license.

• Excelled academically in High School.

• Formal experience not required.

TIME COMMITMENT

• Expect 60-hour weeks.

• 3-year time commitment.

SALARY EXPECTATION

• Commission based; performance directly influences pay.

• R6K per month during basic training (1 month).

• Up to R20K per month in first year.

• Up to R35K per month in second year.

• Up to R45K per month in third year.

• Conducting High level meetings with HNWIs

• Designing Educational Programmes for Students

• Sales presentations

• Networking & Relationship Building with our Partners in the Education Industry

• Leading and Managing Assembled Teams of Instructors

• Administering Genius Educational Assessments

• Own a vehicle + driver’s license.

• Live in Johannesburg/ Pretoria/ Cape Town
