    • A leading company in the Finance industry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Durban team as an Assistant to the SARS Registration Specialist. This role supports tax compliance and registration processes and requires a basic understanding of South African tax systems, especially SARS and eFiling.     Job Description

    • A leading manufacturer and distributor in the FMCG sector is seeking an experienced Exports Logistics Coordinator to join their fast-paced team based in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in cross-border exports, particularly within Sub-Saharan Africa and the SADC trade bloc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full export logistics process, ensuring compliance with international and in-country trade regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the full export logistics process, including transport scheduling, customs procedures, and documentation.
    • Liaise with the sales team to plan and execute customer delivery schedules based on forecasted demand.
    • Negotiate freight contracts with logistics providers for cost-effective solutions.
    • Prepare and review export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, export declarations).
    • Ensure compliance with international and local trade regulations and resolve any customs issues.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
