Job Purpose

• Effective marketing of life assurance and funeral products to our members within the Secunda (Mpumalanga) area.

Job Outputs:

• Selling of life assurance and funeral policies
• Conducting clients needs analysis
• Following up on leads 
• Servicing new and existing members
• Quality control of new business

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric/Grade 12
• FAIS credits on NQF level 4 as per FSCA legislative requirements
• RE5 as per FSCA legislative requirements
• 1 year proven sales experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry

Knowledge and Skills

• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Attention to detail
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Drivers license

• The ideal candidate will deliver effective marketing of life assurance and funeral products within the Klerksdorp area. This opportunity will enable you to earn commission and work remotely.

• Quality control of new business

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric/Grade 12
• FAIS credits on NQF level 4 as per FSCA legislative requirements
• RE5 as per FSCA legislative requirements
• Valid SA Drivers License 
• 1 year proven sales experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry

• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Attention to detail
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills

Job Outputs:

 The successful candidate will:

• Assist with the administration of employee training and skills development interventions and maintain training records.
• Be provided with continuous coaching, mentoring, on the job training
• Exposure to training and skills development within financial services sector
• Given a 12 months internship contract, with a monthly allowance of R5 000

 Qualifications:

• Matric
• 3 year Diploma in Human Resources Development and/or related qualification
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Excellent time management skills

Experience:

• Any relevant work experience will be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

• Be unemployed
• Previously disadvantaged candidates
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Great interpersonal relationship skills
• Must not be committed/ registered for studies in 2023/2024
• Be able to start with the internship on date
