    Demand Generation Specialist

    The Demand Generation Specialist is a key member of the regional marketing team who is responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of programs that drive pipeline revenue generation in order to meet regional targets across all customer segments and through all stages of the buyers’ journey: from awareness, acquisition and adoption, to revenue, retention and referral.

    Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, Region, this position leads a team of marketers and interfaces directly with other marketing stakeholders, as well as Product, Sales, SalesOps, and Customer Success teams to develop integrated campaigns & initiatives across multiple channels including: digital advertising, social media, webinars and virtual events, email marketing automation, content, content syndication, and others.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Lead the demand generation function for Infobip, including development and execution of strategies for multiple customer segments to drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build pipeline across prospects and customers.
    • Build, scale, and optimize digital marketing channels including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels (e.g., landing pages, ad copy, creative, etc.). Evaluate and track key success metrics across digital marketing channels (e.g., performance, ROI, etc.).
    • Work closely with product marketing, growth, brand, customer, and partnership marketing to develop and determine which content assets are produced and promoted to whom, when, and at what cadence to target specific buying personas.
    • Partner with the regional sales through account-based marketing to build a demand generation plan that engages and nurtures target accounts and those within our ideal customer profile.
    • Drive new levels of cross-channel and integrated marketing and ensure our marketing activities are aligned and planned well in advance. Select and partner with agencies or other external resources as necessary to drive results across multiple channels.
    • Understand the entire marketing and sales process, from acquisition to close, so that you can improve pipeline growth and velocity across the entire funnel in partnership with the sales and revenue operations team.
    • Leverage data to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions, and forecasts for our demand generation tactics, tiered accounts, and paid investments. Measure, optimize, and focus the growth and demand generation activities on a weekly basis.
    • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of demand generation campaigns on MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length; leverage quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights that then translate into actionable changes.
    • Manage the demand generation budget and ensure key deliverables from all related third-party providers, including agencies, freelancers, and contractors
       

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in a demand gen role. B2B SaaS experience is an advantage.
    • Digitally savvy (digital marketing competence)
    • Ability to develop processes while facilitating culture in a hyper-growth environment
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills; equally comfortable speaking in front of large audiences as with intimate groups of executives
    • Expert in digital marketing and has a very good understanding of the role of valuable content in engaging customers across every stage of their journey
    • Familiar with main digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads)
    • Highly proficient in evaluating demand channels’ performance through quantitative analysis to determine appropriate changes in the marketing mix.
    • Comfortable collaborating on projects with a variety of personalities
    • Ability to act independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Creative thinker and problem solver
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to effectively manage workload with minimal supervision

    Field Marketing Specialist

    Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the regional marketing activities for the respective sub-region to enable brand positioning, digital experience and help move the revenue needle.

    Marketing Field Specialist will work closely with the demand generation, content, graphic design and PR agency to map out activities aligned to the go to market for their respective region.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Create and coordinate demand generation activities and nurture projects with the local and HQ/Africa marketing resources, ensuring that high quality leads get processed across the sales funnel – driving higher conversion of MQL – SQL – Acquisition.
    • Assist with the development of annual marketing plans and associated budgets.
    • Work closely with the sales team on activities development and implementation, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned to the sales objectives.
    • Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
    • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
    • Develop deep knowledge of the marketplace and customer profiles and leverage these insights to position the Infobip brand and solutions within the relevant verticals and segments.
    • Knowledge of Infobip's competitors and their unique selling proposition to position Infobip as a leader across Africa.
    • Manage day to day activities with regional agencies, maintain schedules, and liaise in a timely manner with all the key stakeholders.
    • Create and support preparation of marketing communication briefs, events presentations, sales enablement material and promotional material.
    • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Create and support preparation of regional marketing reports including metrics and analytics for all marketing projects in the region.
    • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team within the region.
    • Work with the local PR agency to create positioning angles for each quarter, generate PR activities and acquire the highest possible number of Tier 1 placement.
    • Help launch global campaigns and keep track of performance.
    • Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements that may impact marketing campaigns and adapt the plans as such.
    • Perform other marketing duties when needed.

    Partner Marketing Manager

    Our strategic partners are an essential component of our go to market success and ultimate growth as a company. A Partner Marketing Manager will directly impact Infobip’s success by further developing our partner network and defining and executing joint go to market strategies.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Developing, executing of partner marketing plans in conjunction with Infobip’s strategic partners and GTM partnership strategy.
    • Drive partner recruitment and elevate program awareness and partner lead generation as part of a cross functional team.
    • Work with our strategic partners on go to market activities based on joint business plans and value propositions.
    • Contribute to the partner enablement program that will ensure smooth onboarding on Infobip products.
    • Collaborate with product marketing and regional partnership teams to shape marketing campaigns to enhance conversion

    • Constantly using data & insights to evaluate partner marketing activities with a goal of suggesting new activities and improvements.
    • Protect the Infobip brand in the 3rd party environment (on industry events, conferences, tradeshows, partner materials etc.)

    Qualifications

    Content Specialist

    With demand generation becoming a key focus going forward, the Content specialist is critical for continual improvement of customer nurturing and retention through storytelling, as well as the increase in new prospects through the consistent development and deployment of content to each buyer persona group. Success is measured around lifetime customer value, customer satisfaction, and employee advocacy.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Managing regional content calendar, including annual social media and blog calendar
    • Developing, managing and editing different types of content (white papers, blogs, sales decks, industry reports, social media, etc.).
    • Creating engaging content for various platforms (digital and offline) aimed at strengthening regional awareness of Infobip among potential clients
    • Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability and consistency. Work with Sales team on refurbishing sales deck and client presentations

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in IT sector (or agency experience working with IT accounts)
    • Bachelor's degree in communications
    • Technical writing experience
    • Experience in working and managing content with external agencies (creative and digital and PR)
    • Creativity and good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
    • The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; a passion for editorial and grammatical excellence
