    Sales Manager

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives and targets.
    • Provides excellent customer service and responds promptly and effectively to all customer queries.
    • End-to-end account management from sales and brand management aspects.
    • Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of the company’s product portfolio and its benefits.
    • Conduct meetings, present the company’s products & their advantages, organise & distribute all needed promotional materials.
    • Prepare reports as needed for management.
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Only Candidates currently based in South Africa will be considered.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum 4 – 6 years of sales experience within the Medical Devices Industry in the Region.
    • Must have experience with ICU/OR/CCU equipment.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

    Head of Sales

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing team.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Identify new business opportunities.
    • Manage large-scale projects, including distributor transitions, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable growth.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Only candidates based in South Africa will be considered.
    • Bachelor’s degree. An MBA is a plus.
    • Channel or distributor management experience is mandatory.
    • Strong leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the healthcare or life science industry.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare market dynamics in the SADC & SSA regions.
    • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

    Country Manager

    Key aspects of the role include:

    • Design and implement a strategic plan, ensuring the company’s objectives are met.
    • Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Leads the entire commercial activities.
    • Holds P&L responsibility.
    • Assess and identify potential market growth opportunities.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status within the market.

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Only Candidates currently based in South Africa will be considered.
    • Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • At least 3+ years of P&L management experience.
    • Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
    • Strong communication, entrepreneurship, and people management skills.
