    Toolmaker

    Primary purpose of the job:

    • Reporting to the Toolroom Team Leader. This position requires the services of an individual to manufacture, repair, maintain and modify tools, jigs and dies to ensure that customer and quality standards are met.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Experience Toolmaker in large skin panels and structural parts
    • Press breakdown experience
    • Skin panel experience
    • Welding experience
    • Experience in setting the draw Die/Tool
    • Must have worked in a Press Line from 2000 to 6000 Ton

    Knowledge and Skills required:

    • Communication
    • Decision Making
    • Read tool parts and drawings
    • Problem solving
    • Consistent inspection

    Minimum Requirements                                                                                  

    • Grade 12 and NQF Level 5 qualification
    • Qualified Tool and Jig Maker
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience as Toolmaker within automotive environment
    • Minimum 4 years tool, jig and die repair experience

    HR Business Partnerv

    Primary purpose of the job:

    • To assist Management with Personnel Administration, Manpower Planning and Recruitment Practices, Facilitating IR (Disciplinary and Grievances), Performance evaluation, Skills Analysis, Facilitation of Training and Succession planning.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Co-ordinate Personnel Administration
    • Facilitate Induction process and Exit Interviews
    • Performance Appraisals
    • Facilitate IR Matters (Disciplinary and Grievances)
    • Death and Disability Administration
    • Facilitate and assess training as per company requirements
    • HR related projects
    • CSR Activities
    • HR related audits
    • Provide feedback to Management on all function
    • Benchmarking and Best Practice Implementation

    Knowledge and Skills required:

    • Advance Legislation: BCEA; EE; BBBEE; LRA and Skills Development
    • Recruitment and selection methods
    • Performance Management
    • Conducting of Disciplinary and Grievance hearings, Handling CCMA and DRC referrals
    • Training and Development: Need analysis; Planning and Implementation (Facilitation)
    • Succession planning
    • HR management software (Sage 300)
    • Employee wellness
    • Communication and interpersonal
    • Interviewing and counselling
    • Report writing and, proposal writing
    • Computer literacy with specific emphasis MS Office
    • Presentation skills
    • Administrative
    • Team building and problem-solving skills
    • Negotiation and Time management skills

    Minimum Requirements                                                                                 

    • B Degree Human Resource Management preferable
    • Advance MS Office
