• Product design of bus body components in accordance with requirements.
• Use design software (Catia, Inventor & AutoCAD) to develop models and drawings of new products.
• Manages the design tasks from conceptual phase up to implementation whilst adhering to processes.
• Managing tasks in the most efficient way whilst maintaining the principal of cost, quality and time.
• Perform design and verification of bus body parts.
• Support the production organisation with regards to on-line queries.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify mandatory processes, methods and material requirements.
• Constant investigations for material specifications.
• Design, create & maintain local design part & assembly drawings according to MAN standards & Norms.
• Ensure that design output complies with road traffic requirements in South Africa.

• Maintenance of documentation bills for materials.
• Investigate material specifications available for the correct application.
• Maintain existing engineering records and designs.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Work independently though being a team player.
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Pro-active, highly motivated in achieving set objective.
• Flexible, active and forward thinking.
• Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.

Experience:

• Familiar with CAD 3D designing software – Autodesk Inventor / Catia V5 / Solid Works - 1 year.
• Basic experience in FEA simulations and processing - 1 year.
• Experience with Bills of Materials - 1 year.
• Knowledge of Catia, Inventor & AutoCAD drawing and design software with practical design experience - 1 year.
• Technical experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment - 1 year.

Description

• Plan, organize and monitor the sales process within the framework of the MAN Head Office guidelines.
• Prepare proposals and determine the sales strategy in coordination with the Head of Top Used.
• Engage with the Head of Top Used on the sales target and sales strategy.
• Support Export Dealers sales with customer acquisitions and attend liaison meetings with customers.
• Manage the visual management tool for vehicle logistics.
• Manage the vehicle delivery process.
• Manage the process of sales quotations and pro-forma invoices.
• Capture all customer data onto CRM system in order to be able to invoice vehicles.
• Update and maintain your customer data base.
• Manage the hot prospect list and the expected monthly sales invoicing.
• Manage the body building process.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.

Skills:

• Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
• Must have a hands-on approach with good understanding of operational aspects of the business.

Description

• Accurately diagnose faults found and reported on a vehicle (trouble shooting).
• Carry out servicing and repairs to vehicles in an efficient manner.
• Conduct road tests on repaired vehicles as and when needed.
• Ensure workshop quality, safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Report any vehicle faults other than those on the job card.
• Conduct servicing according to MAN specifications and service sheet.
• Work accurately and timeously to achieve both efficiency and productivity to the required standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• N3 and possess a Diesel Mechanic trade test certificate.
• Possession of a dual trade is highly advantageous.

Skills:

• Supply Chain Management (or equivalent NQF Level 5).

• Must be able to work well under extreme pressure and produce results accordingly.

Experience:

• 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the automotive industry.
