    Senior Business Development Manager(M&A)

    Job Description

    • The role of Senior Business Development Manager entails but is not limited to the following:

    Business Development

    • Identify and assess projects that could lead to market growth or improvements in profit outside of normal business
    • Maintain effective networks, enhance relationships, and advocate on behalf of the business with key government figures, regulators, major commercial clients, other providers and community interest groups to project a positive image internally and externally.

    Strategy

    • Support the development of a strategic plan and advise on redevelopment in the run up to the next strategic period.
    • Assist in Identifying the strategic issues, challenges and choices for the business as a whole and provide high level strategic, and planning advice to the Executive Management Team on all matters affecting future business development opportunities.

    New Market Development

    • Identify initiatives for new segments, new territories, new PoP's. This includes the development of business cases with stakeholders leading to a decision.
    • Manage the implementation of these initiatives including managing dependencies and managing stakeholders to RFS

    M&A

    • Research market conditions and developments
    • Support the Chief Business Development Officer in devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets
    • Conduct investigations into the financial and commercial state of companies subject to a particular transaction
    • Develop business cases in support of acquisition, investments and funding
    • Perform research to base buy or sell recommendations to money manager, brokerages or investors.

    The Successful Applicant
    The suitable candidate should possess the following:

    • Solid mergers & acquisitions experience ( deal structuring, due diligence etc)
    • String financial acumen
    • Strong business development experience
    • Telecommunications , media and technology industry experience
    • Collaborative, assertive and commercially savvy individual
    • 8-12 years experience within the M&A space

    Head of Key Accounts

    Job Description
    The Head of Key Accounts will fulfil the following:

    • Channel Strategy Development
    • Category Growth Spaces & Selling Story Development

    The Successful Applicant
    The candidate should have the following:

    • Relevant degree
    • Strong sales management background with a proven track record in growing market share and meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Previous experience in commercial accounts management
    • Demonstrated examples of leading and sustaining high performing teams
    • Leading accounts management function with multiple retailers, wholesalers and independent
    • Experience as KAM of NAM at least 3 years in the Modern Trade channel
    • Experience as Head of KAMs at least 2 years in the Modern Trade channel
    • Strong network with the retailers in SA, direct relationship with buyers and heads of buyers of the top customers in MT in SA (Mention two Names of the contacts the candidate is currently dealing with e.g Shop rite, PnP etc)

    Warehouse Manager

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma / Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
    • Proficient in standard logistics software.
    • Minimum 5-year experience in Warehouse / Supply Chain Management.
    • Working experience in a large logistics company or HA logistics working experience will be an advantage.
    • Fully Computer literate.
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google mail.
    • Monthly reporting and Presentation skills.
    • Need to be able to work independent and in a fast-changing and diverse environment.
    • Need to be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the warehouse team to achieve defined warehouse KPI targets, which includes especially for operation safety, On-time dispatching activities, outbound quality management, attend and complete to client's request.
    • Improve process efficiency and eliminate waste, promote WMS (Warehouse Management System) system establishment, and provide support for continuous improvement thereafter.
    • Solve problems in a systematic way, improve the warehouse management maturity and improve on cost reduction year on year.
    • Responsible for administrative tasks for the department which include but are not limited to invoicing, equipment maintenance and warehousing vendor management.
    • Coordinate with vendors or sub-contractors to maintain a smooth operation through effective communications to reach goals.
    • Support any new project(s) implementation and existing project enhancement.
    • Human resources planning, review staff performance and competency development.
    • Prepare reports and data analysis for management review.
    • Review operations workflow and provide recommendations on improving efficiency, accuracy and cost saving continuously.
    • Support sales and commercial related activities.
    • Responsibly for all Health and Safety in Warehouse.
    • Support any special duties as assigned by the management.

    Hydrogen and Fuel Cell System

    Job Description

    POST REQUIREMENTS:

    • B.Eng./B.Sc. degree qualification in engineering.
    • B.Eng./BSc. degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous.
    • Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in hydrogen related technologies.
    • Have thorough knowledge of hydrogen (green/blue/grey) sector including policy and regulations, production technology, storage technology, transport technology and hydrogen uses.
    • Experience with industrial process engineering (mechanical, electrical, control systems).
    • Experience with hydrogen production projects.
    • Experience In Electrolysis And Liquefaction Technologies Is Preferred.
    • Track record of successfully working with third parties to accomplish project goals.
    • Working knowledge of renewable energy technologies such as solar, wind and hydropower.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills and high level of attention to detail with the ability to present to a wide range of audiences, including contractors, operations personnel, and corporate leaders.
    • Good interpersonal skills and Ability to work well in a team.
    • Strong data collection, analytic, and writing skills.

    THE FOLLOWING WILL BE CONSIDERED ADVANTAGEOUS:

    • Post-graduate qualification
    • Knowledge of cost data and benchmarks for Ammonia process technologies, as well as technologies for chemical derivatives like methanol, or Kerosene, etc.
    • Experience with Ammonia process technologies, including plant operations, process design, and /or simulation
    • Research and development background in the development of hydrogen-based technologies and advantage.
