    Fitter

    • In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining engineering equipment in first-class working conditions. Ensure efficient safe operation of machinery by repairing and adjusting equipment within the allowable tolerances. All work carried out on premises must conform to legal and statutory and internal standards if more stringent in all areas of engineering, quality, safety, health & environment. Fault finding and attending breakdowns. Complete the necessary administrative tasks for AMM, SHE, PMO`s. To be actively involved with new project installations and TPM.   

    A day in the life of a Fitter: 

    • Carry out the planned maintenance required on the plant. 
    • Incumbent must be proactive and prevent breakdowns on his/her patrols and show initiative to continuously improve equipment performance.
    • Install, service, repair and maintain existing and new equipment.
    • Follow up and recommend actions to overcome and improve problems encountered 
    • Attend to mechanical faults and breakdowns in all areas of the factory.
    • Analyzing, investigating, and eliminating re-current faults. 
    • Improve functional maintenance, cleaning and reliability of equipment
    • Manage minor projects and contractors in Industrial Services 
    • Plant knowledge and able to operate all industrial services equipment 
    • Repairs must be carried out quickly (first time right) and efficiently.
    • Maintain a high standard of work
    • Ensure machine reliability and availability for production targets to be met.
    • Undertakes to work shift, standby and overtime as per company requirements.
    • Lockout & permit procedure to be always used when any person could be exposed to danger
    • Ensure any dangerous conditions must be made safe immediately.
    • To correct errors on drawings and update drawings.
    • Complete the necessary administrative tasks for AMM, SHE, PMO`s.
    • Actively involved in projects and TPM
    • Interact with production people.
    • Interact with suppliers
    • Interact with contractors.

    What will make you successful? 

    • Grade 12 (Maths and Science) and Fitter Trade Test 
    • 2-3 years’ experience as a Fitter, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting   
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment. 
    • Skilled in using precision tools, machining equipment, and hand tools. 
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals. 
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults effectively. 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
    • Good communication and teamwork skills 
    • Good awareness of safety and quality standards.

    Marketing Manager

    Position Summary

    • Drive the Nespresso's business results and brand image by translating and implementing the global marketing strategy into the local market and ensuring the Nespresso customer experience across all customer touchpoints.

    A day in the life of a Nespresso Marketing Manager

    Drive business results and brand image

    • Ensure collection and analysis of external data (market and consumers) and internal data (channels)
    • Ensure generation of insights and formulation of recommendations for the entire Nespresso organization
    • Ensure development of the consumer journey strategy (consistent across all touchpoints)
    • Ensure communication of the consumer journey strategy guidelines to channels
    • Ensure communication of a high-quality and consistent brand image across all marketing initiatives (e.g., IAP, CRM initiatives, product launches)
    • Leads improvement of business results by providing marketing tools to B2C and B2B channels

    Department and Management Responsibilities

    • As part of the local Management Team, drive the overall organisation's business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and by building the organisation in a sustainable way
    • Drive innovative solutions relevant for Nespresso by following the latest developments in the field and stay up to date on competitors
    • Act as a spokesperson within the organisation and in the Management Team and be the end-responsible for the department and the department's results
    • Translate the global strategy to local market needs and define initiatives to achieve business results
    • Ensure that optimal investments and decisions are made in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX, in collaboration with Finance Lead leaders by promoting leadership skills
    • Manage the P&L/budget within the department

    • Improve and implement efficient ways of working in line with the operational plan and company guidelines.

    What will make you successful

    • Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent
    • 5-6 years’ experience in Marketing Management
    • Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales with a strategic mindset, preferably in a high-end luxury brand or FMCG
    • Extensive organizational and leadership experience
    • Experience in marketing research/CRM/Brand Management/PR end to end marketing exposure

    Employee Services Administrator Temp (6 Months)

    In this role you will be responsible for providing best in class payroll and HR Administration that delivers efficient employee services.

    A day in the life of an Employee Services Administrator at Nestle:

    • Validate employee timecards against pay rules in the Product Design Document (Kronos PDD)
    • Check Kronos system weekly and correct any shift pattern changes missed punches and absences.
    • Ensure Kronos and SAP interface is accurate.
    • Working time compliance and reporting.
    • Overtime compliance & rest period compliance - Conduct weekly overtime reconciliation (overtime authorization sheets vs overtime approved in Kronos).
    • Provide weekly reporting to Site Leadership for overtime worked vs approved and implement corrective measures.
    • Perform Pre-boarding & Off-boarding activities - Process hire/termination webforms, employee benefits consultations (Medical aid/ Retirement Fund), facilitate final payments
    • Management of TTD process
    • Day-to-day employee benefit administration (addition of dependents/ removal of dependents)
    • Monthly FTE reporting to NBS
    • Coordinate and support Headcount Budget review process
    • HR administration related queries (Pay, leave, Pension & Provident fund, medical aid) and liase with NBS/ LES Teams
    • Conduct monthly pre-plim payroll checks with NBS to ensure payroll accuracy.
    • Maintain EE personal file in the EDF and hard copy format as per care requirements.
    • Liaise with Corporate LES and NBS on payment requests.
    • Responsible with the HRBP’s for the HR data quality for the site
    • Ensure coordination and payment of HR Service Providers
    • Create all purchase requisitions, purchase orders and framework orders for HR service providers
    • Ensure all HR vendors are paid on time in line with Service Level Agreements.
    • Management of SACS biometric System including reporting and overall access management for all employees including contractors.

    What will make you successful?

    • 3-year Diploma in HR / Payroll / Finance Administration
    • 2-3 years working experience in time and attendance systems
    • Knowledge of SAP system
    • Good understanding of HR processes & policies.
    • Good Knowledge of Time Management System (Kronos).
    • Sound understanding BCEA and Tax legislation
    • Advanced excel
    • Knowledge of Overtime Exemption
