    Junior Contracts and Logistics Administrator (66621)

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide administrative support for purchase and sales contracts by ensuring accurate SAP processing, customs documentation, stock receipting and maintenance of up-to-date contract schedules

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Purchasing Contracts Administration

    • Complete purchase booking notes for every notes
    • Input purchase contracts into SAP

    SAP Inventory Transactions

    • Cross-check material invoices against contract price and bill of lading quantity
    • Input material invoices into SAP after invoices have been quality checked
    • Check Full Out and Guarantees (FOG) Invoices/Credits from the supplier, against the outturn reports
    • Match Material and FOG invoices to the stock receipted through coding on SAP and process the workflow to the Accounts Payable
    • Ensure all spreadsheets are updated with newly processed information

    Customs Clearing

    • Liaise with Trading Documents Desk to ensure receipt of all shipping documents
    • Compile documents for customs clearance of the shipment according to relevant customs regulations
    • Submit shipping documents to the clearing agent to facilitate clearing for each shipment

    General Administration

    • Provide admin support when required by the team.
    • Creation of JIRA tickets for new products codes and SAP enhancements
    • Liaising with relevant stakeholders on the JIRA TICKET status

    Sales Contract Administration

    • Refer to trade confirmations and conduct SAP entries for each sale
    • Create contract schedules in order for the operations/logistics department to start their planning
    • Compile long form contracts and send to customers for acknowledgement and sign off
    • Update contract summary reports for selected customers periodically and/or on request
    • Create and file contract files for all Ex-Tank Trade
    • Update and send out daily sales reports to the traders
    • Provide sales related information to relevant stakeholders on request

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education and Experience:

    • Diploma in International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain
    • CompetencyCertificate in Incoterms (advantageous)
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in trade administration (purchasing and sales)
    • Working experience on SAP

    GCC Plant Manager (66687)

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • The Plant Manager will be responsible for the full manufacturing and operational performance of the Boksburg plant within a manufacturing and industrial production environment.
    • This includes the effective planning, coordination, and optimisation of all resources to ensure the safe production and delivery of product on time, at the required quality standards and at optimal cost.

    REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc. / B-Tech Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification).
    • 5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
    • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a middle management or leadership role.
    • GCC Factories Certification
    • Strong knowledge of heat treatment processes (advantageous).
    • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making ability.
    • Ability to communicate effectively at senior management level.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee all daily operations within the plant to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing performance.
    • In collaboration with Production Planning, develop, manage and optimise production schedules, including labour, materials, equipment, and facility capacity.
    • Monitor and report performance against the Master Production Schedule and implement proactive risk mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Identify and escalate early warnings related to production delays or operational risks.
    • Manage operational overheads, labour budgets, and forecasts to ensure cost efficiency.
    • Monitor and control direct manufacturing costs in line with business targets.
    • Provide input and justification for CAPEX planning and investment requirements.
    • Ensure full compliance with all applicable legislation, SHEQ systems, standards, and internal procedures within a regulated manufacturing environment.
    • Drive and manage engineering change processes, including equipment modifications and plant improvements via formal Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) systems.
    • Coordinate plant improvement and modification initiatives in collaboration with Engineering.
    • Resolve plant downtime through structured risk assessment, prioritisation, and coordination with Engineering teams.
    • Address and resolve HR-related issues escalated from supervisory level.
    • Ensure performance management processes are implemented in line with HR requirements and timelines.
    • Enforce company policies, procedures, discipline, and operational standards consistently.
    • Champion the company vision, values, and culture across all levels of the plant.
    • Ensure adherence to internal policies and ISO standards relating to SHEQ, Environmental, and Energy Management systems.
