    New Business Administrator

    Job Description
    The New Business Administrator will be responsible for:

    • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
    • Communication Management: Prepare correspondence and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
    • Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Data Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date files, databases, and records. Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure efficient workflow. Anticipate needs and proactively address them.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, departments, and external contacts to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.

    Requirements : 
    Qualifications & Experience

    • Grade 12/ Matric
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
    • At least 2 years experience in an Administrator role.

    Technical experience

    Forklift Driver

    Job Description

    • The Forklift Driver at the Distribution Centre is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, loading, and unloading of goods. This includes operating forklifts to transport stock, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and maintaining warehouse organization.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload stock within the warehouse and distribution centre
    •  Stack and store goods in the correct storage areas while ensuring proper inventory control
    • Conduct pre-shift inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition and report any faults
    • Assist with stock control, including picking and packing orders accurately
    • Ensure workplace safety by following all health and safety regulations
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely dispatch of goods
    • Transport pallets and materials within the warehouse and loading bays efficiently
    • Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality assurance standards
    • Keep the work environment clean and ensure that aisles, loading docks, and storage areas are free from obstructions

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric
    • Valid forklift license and certification
    • Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
    • Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management
    • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

    Job Description
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create, execute and oversee work schedules for routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs of equipment and facilities
    • Ensure that all equipment, machinery, and systems are well-maintained and operating at maximum capacity
    • Maintain detailed records of all services, maintenance, and repairs carried out on equipment
    • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and safety protocols

    • Plan and organize repair activities to minimize downtime, ensuring that logistics operations are not disrupted

    • Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations such as equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, or safety hazards
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and completed repairs
    • Perform repairs on electric appliances and equipment as needed, ensuring they meet operational standards
    • Assess building systems and plan work assignments and project schedules for necessary repairs or improvements
    • Conduct routine facility inspections to determine potential problems and maintenance needs

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Matric , Certificate/Diploma in Electrical , Trade test , plumbing , General maintenance.
    • Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably within a logistics or industrial setting
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment systems, and regulatory standards
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in maintenance and logistics
