    Plennegy: Supply Chain Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the end-to-end warehouse process including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, dispatch, and returns.
    • Lead and manage a workforce of over 700 employees across shifts, ensuring performance standards are maintained and exceeded.
    • Implement and maintain robust inventory controls for 12,000+ SKUs to ensure accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
    • Ensure timely and accurate execution of 5,000+ daily orders.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost control.
    • Utilize WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to monitor KPIs, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Ensure adherence to OHSA standards and promote a culture of safety and compliance.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
    • A relevant postgraduate qualification (advantageous).

    Experience

    • Minimum 5–10 years of senior-level experience in managing large-scale warehousing and logistics operations.
    • Demonstrated leadership of teams in excess of 500 people.
    • Experience with high-SKU, high-order-volume environments.

    Triton Express: General Worker Nightshift Loader

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Loading / Offloading of cargo from Linehauls
    • Assisting with loading / offloading of cargo from local vehicles – as and when required
    • General housekeeping – as and when requires

    Mascor Toyota: Sales Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the new and used vehicle sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
    • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and profitability.

    Sales & Business Development

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for new and used vehicles.
    • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
    • Manage lead generation, showroom traffic, and conversion rates.
    • Oversee the entire sales process from enquiry to delivery.

    Stock & Inventory Management

    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure a balanced stock of fast-moving and aged vehicles.
    • Coordinate with the Dealer Principal and OEM (Toyota SA) on vehicle ordering and allocation.
    • Ensure accurate and timely vehicle display, pricing, and marketing.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain high levels of customer retention and loyalty.

    Reporting & Compliance

    • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and KPI tracking to dealership management.
    • Ensure compliance with all Toyota SA policies, POPIA, FAIS, and F&I regulations.
    • Work closely with the F&I department to ensure ethical and compliant finance deal structures.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
    • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field – advantageous
    • Valid South African driver’s license
    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in vehicle sales management (preferably in a franchised dealership)
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams
    • Experience with both new and used vehicle operations
    • Knowledge of Toyota product range and systems – advantageous
