    Diesel Mechanic

    Job Description    

    • RCL Foods is recruiting for a driven, highly energized, fleet focused Diesel Mechanic within the baking business unit.

    National SHERQ Co-ordinator

    Job Description    

    • RCL FOODS is on the lookout for a talented National SHERQ Coordinator to join the Centre of Excellence (CoE) SHERQ team at our Head Office in Westville.
    • This role would report to the SHE Compliance Manager.
    • The successful candidate would need to have excellent technical knowledge pertaining to legislation and statutory requirements accompanied by remarkable experience.
    • The SHERQ Coordinator will be required to maintain the CoE SHERQ Total Integrated Management System (FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14 001 and ISO 9001) system and support RCL Foods business units and Westville. 

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a FMCG environment with preferably 3 years in an auditing role
    • A tertiary qualification, minimum of a Diploma , Quality Management, Food Technology, Microbiology or Environmental Health

    Claim Management:

    • Receive claims
    • Verify all claims submitted by Vector are price related claims
    • Investigate possible causes of claims, calculate correct costing of claims and confirm values being claimed.
    • Gather all relevant evidence and supporting documentation for valid and invalid claims.
    • Ensure that all claims are updated and submitted timeously to relevant parties.
    • Follow-up with Customers on outstanding invalid claims
    • Ensure that all outstanding claims are signed off and submitted for payments.

    National Programmes Trainer (Fixed Term Contract)

    Job Description

    Minimum Requirements    

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Education, Social Science, or a related field is required.

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years’ experience in training, facilitation skills, or programme implementation within the development sector.
    • Proven experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks, data cleaning, and reporting.
    • Experience with nutrition, parent support and/or early learning programmes in groups is advantageous.

    Other key skills we are looking for:

    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Excellent facilitation and communication abilities (oral and written) in English. Proficiency in other South African languages is a plus.
    • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MEL software and databases is an advantage.

    • The suitable candidate will be reqiured to ensure route compliance through daily debriefing and data maintenance on the fleet gallery system.

    Minimum Requirements

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Manage GPSTS vehicle units, Garmin’s and GPSTS logins (Daily)
    • Report on Actual kilometers vs. GPS kilometers vs. Daily Averages of previous month
    • Monitor and action time spend on routes to ensure less overtime spend is realized.
    • Monitor and ensure that less multiple visits and realized on all depot routes.
    • Report on any km (route) deviations on Daily Info Transport and Sales File (Daily)
    • Monitoring and reporting on transport logistics issues including speeding, harsh braking, route deviations, and route plotting, pre-trip inspections.
    • Route analysis and optimization (route splitting to be done) (monthly) reduce km where possible

    • Update Month End file for Technical Data, Risk Km’s, Route Detail (CPL’s and utilizations) (Monthly)
    • Monitor Truck departure times and address where there are deviations
    • Perform routing design for Pretoria Bakey and depots
    • Ensure Vehicle Availability for the next day by liaising with Transport Department
    • Assist Distribution Manager in identifying and developing solutions to operational issues.
