    Marketing and Sales Manager (Cape Town)

    • Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead and implement the marketing and sales strategy across two exclusive properties.
    • This role will play a central part in introducing their brand to the world, shaping its reputation, and driving revenue growth.
    • The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and building strong trade relationships, enhancing the guest journey through digital storytelling, and developing a unique brand presence across multiple markets.
    • Lead marketing roll-out of a new luxury hospitality brand
    • Develop property-specific and portfolio-wide marketing strategies
    • Establish key relationships with luxury tour operators, DMCs, travel advisors, and OTA platforms

    What you'll do:

    • As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the reputation of our client's luxury hospitality brand.
    • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the marketing roll-out across both properties, developing strategic marketing plans, overseeing all internal & external communication activities, managing digital campaigns, coordinating participation in trade shows & sales missions.
    • You will also manage content calendars for various platforms like social media, email marketing, blogs & websites. As a brand custodian, you will ensure consistency across all platforms while monitoring key performance indicators.
    • Lead the marketing roll-out ensuring consistent storytelling, visuals, and brand positioning.
    • Collaborate on launch campaign, media strategy, and guest communications.
    • Develop and implement property-specific and portfolio-wide marketing strategies.
    • Plan and oversee all marketing and communications activity (internal & external).
    • Manage/Oversee all digital campaigns.
    • Coordinate participation in trade shows and sales missions.
    • Manage content calendars for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website.
    • Coordinate with PR teams to generate strong media coverage.
    • Serve as brand custodian for the properties.
    • Monitor KPIs including sales conversion, digital engagement, web traffic, and trade performance.

    What you bring:

    • As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you bring extensive experience (minimum 5-6 years) in a similar role representing a luxury hospitality brand in marketing and sales.
    • Your excellent communication skills coupled with your effective leadership abilities make you an ideal fit for this role.
    • You possess superior project management skills along with a deep understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
    • Your advanced computer literacy skills are complemented by your proactive approach towards work. Fluency in English is essential for this role.

    Marketing Manager-Durban

    • A leading residential property developer is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy, lead digital innovation, and manage integrated campaigns that build community and fuel growth.     Associate

    • Our client is a UK-based law firm that specialises in family law. They offer services including child law, divorce law, and legal advice relating to matrimonial property regimes. They do not operate on billable hours and instead offer fixed pricing structures to their clients. They are looking for an Associate with a minimum of two years PQE to join their team in Cape Town.

    In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for a varied caseload of the following -

    • Case Handling of varied caseload of family law matters
    • Completing low risk work independently
    • Submitting high risk work to seniors/COLP for approvals
    • Responsible for running your cases within approved SLA’s and ensuring either upgrades or closing of files if outside of SLA’s
    • Responsible for ensuring all hearing preparation is completed prior to hearing
    • Ensuring Barristers are instructed in advance of hearing
    • Responsible for Court Hearing advocacy invoices being raised for your matters

    Caseload will include the following -

    • Divorce and Clean Break matters
    • Child Arrangement Orders
    • TOLATA Applications
    • Schedule 1
    • Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
    • Pre-nuptial/Post-nuptial matters
    • Financial disputes

    Responsibilities will involve -

    • Case preparation and preliminary advice
    • Managing a varied caseload of a maximum of 40 files
    • Ongoing day-to-day case management and ensuring client files are being run within the SLAs and clients are being kept up-to-date

    Completing onboarding process for new clients which is as follows:

    • Raising an invoice and upon receipt of payment, opening a new client file
    • Obtaining signed Terms of Business and relevant ID documents
    • Scheduling onboarding call with client
    • Legal work commences
    • Drafting of Court Applications, Orders and documentation
    • Trial Bundle preparation
    • Following correct process to instruct Counsel, ensuring an invoice has been raised in advance of the hearing and payment is taken from client before instructing a Barrister

    Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor of Laws Degree
    • Minmum two years post qualification experience
    • Family Law experience
    • Strong litigation background

    • Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
    • Strong literacy skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Great communication and relationship building skills
    • Organised and accurate approach to work, with effective prioritising skills
