    Strategic Program Manager- One year contract Roche

    Key Responsiblities:

    Road-Mapping
    Contributes to the following activities linked to Road-mapping (working in collaboration with the Strategy Lead:

    • Analysis of the assigned Program Scope
    • Development and maintaining a detailed vision of the Program Scope to ensure that projects within the defined scope adapt to market trends and industry/market changes
    • Ideation
    • Outlining of Solutions
    • Creating a broad-based strategic roadmap including Goal Setting
    • Creating a Vision

    Strategic Planning

    • Creating and maintaining a Strategic Plan for the “Program Scope” and mapping individual projects and activities to ensure ongoing and long term success with the area of focus
    • Scoping and designing Projects and Activities
    • Develop key milestones road-map and track them
    • Defining specific strategies and tactics to deliver on the strategic goals
    • Defining milestones (Time & Target)
    • Resourcing

    Project Execution

    • Project Leadership and Management
    • Mobilizing cross-functional teams and other internal resources to deliver the project
    • Delivery of the project milestones
    • Ensuring projects are within budget and on-time
    • Risk & Mitigation analysis and management
    • Reporting
    • Communication

    Close Out

    • Formal close out of projects
    • Definition and sharing of lessons learnt to the team and the broader organization
    • Definition of any spin-off projects/opportunities

    Governance

    • Alignment of all Programs and their embedded projects to the internal Project Management and Quality Standards established within the Healthcare Transformation Team
    • To monitor compliance with policies and procedures, identify areas of non-compliance, and incorporate remedies in managed programs and their embedded projects

    Business Development

    • Strong understanding of the Diagnostic Business and healthcare framework & policies in the region in order to understand the challenges and provide solutions: from supply chain to product launch to customer service support
    • Translate Research & Development approach decision making of the programs, based on key milestones
    • Engage with many different stakeholder, and develop new ways of partnering through Private-Public-Partnerships and other new approaches
    • Grow and impact positively patients in South Africa and sub Sahara Africa, develop new business segments, manage P&L

    You, as an ideal candidate, will have the following skills, experience and education:

    • Qualifications: NQF 7/8 degree in a Science or related field. A Project Management qualification is an advantage
    • Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or similar in a Healthcare related field and at least 1 years worth of experience in Project management
    • Must have knowledge of: Business Development, relevant products and commercial knowledge

    Order Management Specialist - Domestic Customer Services - 12 months fixed term contract

    Key Responsibilities

    Among other duties your role will entail:

    • Processing orders from external systems or by receiving the request, verifying the content, loading into the internal system and processing for completion, generating a purchase order and confirm receipt
    • Identifying IDOC errors for the local market, notifying the inbound logistics and inventory administrator and tracking resolution of the error
    • Maintaining the customer files and providing feedback to supervisor on customer data, preparing customer reports
    • Processing cost per billables (CPB)
    • Tracking shipments, following up on shipment movement and delivery times and communicate delivery dates to customers
    • Resolving customer queries and logistic claims, investigating the cause and identifying the solution
    • Managing returns, identifying the solution, securing authorization to proceed and implementing as required
    • Facilitating the credit movement of the stock by capturing the required data into the system, tracking the issuing of the credit note and notifying the relevant stakeholders

    You, as an ideal candidate, will have the following skills, experience and education:

    • NQF 5/6 in logistics or similar
    • 3 to 5 years’ in customer experience in logistics or similar
    • ERP system knowledge
    • Communication, Customer services and care
    • Planning, organizing, prioritizing and problem solving
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
