    Graphics Traffic Manager & Marketing Coordinator

    About the Role

    • This dual-function position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the smooth operation of our Graphics Department and provide vital support to our Marketing team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Traffic Management (90%)
    • Pipeline Oversight: Manage the workflow of graphic design projects across three brands—SAOTA, ARRCC, and OKHA.
    • Project Coordination: Allocate and prioritize design tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and output aligns with brand standards.
    • Quality Control: Monitor design consistency and provide constructive feedback to the team.
    • Reporting: Track progress and compile monthly performance reports for leadership.
    • Briefing Processes: Implement and maintain standardized briefing templates for streamlined communication.
    • Marketing Administration Coordination (10%)
    • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage departmental and cross-departmental meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
    • Administrative Support: Maintain organized records, manage deadlines, and assist with project logistics.
    • Team Collaboration: Act as the central communication hub for the Marketing team and liaise with external vendors.
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance team operations.

    Key Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a design or marketing environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira).
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    CGI Production Coordinator

    About the Role

    • As a CGI Production Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining CGI standards, supporting architectural staff, and ensuring the studio remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

    What You’ll Do

    CGI Strategy, Implementation & Maintenance:

    • Shape and maintain the vision for CGI excellence.
    • Research trends and evaluate the value of new capabilities like Twinmotion and Unreal.
    • Oversee CGI deliverables, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with teams to define and uphold CGI quality standards.

    CGI Support & Training:

    • Manage material and component libraries.
    • Create and maintain procedural guides, training content, and "best of" collections.
    • Train staff on CGI systems and troubleshoot challenges.
    • Coordinate project reviews and maintain key studio resources (e.g., music, planting libraries).

    Research Architect

    • Are you a detail-oriented architect with a passion for research, innovation, and enhancing design workflows? SAOTA/ARRCC is seeking a Research Architect to play a pivotal role in curating and developing knowledge-based content to support and optimize our corporate Architectural and Design environment.

    What You'll Do

    Research Excellence:

    • Discover the latest materials, technologies, and systems in architecture and design.
    • Stay at the forefront of architectural trends and translate insights into actionable knowledge.
    • Curate and expand SAOTA/ARRCC's digital and physical knowledge library.
    • Maintain industry standards, including global and regional regulations, statistics, and competitive trends.
    • Collaborate with the Resource Centre and internal teams to cross-reference and validate materials, suppliers, and manufacturers.
    • Share research findings and foster engagement within the studio.

    Content Development:

    • Conduct topic-specific research on architectural design, theory, history, and sustainability.
    • Develop technical content to integrate into manuals, guidelines, and templates, ensuring it aligns with SAOTA/ARRCC’s brand and standards.
    • Articulate and share research findings globally with impeccable accuracy and contextual relevance.

    What We're Looking For
    Essential Skills & Criteria:

    • Master’s qualification in Architecture with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
    • Strong technical knowledge of architectural materials, elements, and systems.
    • Experience in architectural research is a plus.
    • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
    • Ability to produce polished, well-referenced documents within structured templates.
    • Proficiency in remote work, with access to a reliable 20Mbps+ internet connection.
