    Chief People Officer

    Job Context

    Minimum Requirements

    • Behavioural Science or HR degree or equivalent is a definite requirement for the position.
    • Proven experience as a Chief People Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Group HR executive or similar leadership role in human resources across multiple divisions and or businesses.
    • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in a HR Management capacity including at least 10 years in a senior HR executive position, leading a large organisation, and managing of staff.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and industry trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
    • Experience in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

    Plant Technician (Indoor and Outdoor Plants)

    Job Context

    • Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group has an open vacancy for a  Plant Technician. This position is responsible for the holistic well-being of indoor and outdoor plants and water cooler systems. 

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric/ Grade 12
    • Relevant Qualification 
    • Sound knowledge of interior/exterior plants 
    • Experience in plant care, plumbing and water cooler technology
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and train a team effectively 

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Carry out Plants Services as per prescribed method and sequence as stated in Plants Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Carry out work for the day as per the work plan issued by the controller during debriefing
    • Service all customers as per the work schedule for the day.
    • Represent Servest in the best manner possible by always portraying a positive image at all times.
    • Report back to the Operations Controller all customer requirements communicated to you by the customer at customer sites immediately.
    • Promptly address customer complaints and requirements if and when required.
    • Ensure equipment is in good working order at all times.
    • Complete daily/weekly/monthly equipment checks.
    • Report faulty equipment to the controller immediately.
    • Ensure service records are completed correctly and returned to the controller.
