Main Purpose of job:

• Electronic/Electrical Maintenance and Development of the SALT Facility, subsystems and instrumentation.

Qualification:

• Ndip/Dip in Electronic Engineering or equivalent - 10 years post qualification experience; or
• BTech in Electronic Engineering or equivalent - 6 years post qualification experience

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in component level fault finding analogue and digital electronics
• Demonstrated experience in component level repairing of analogue and digital electronics
• Experience in maintaining and repair of obsolete equipment
• Experience in high technology work sector
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Low voltage «1000V electrical systems experience

Knowledge:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, or similar applications (Word, Excel)

• Oversee underwriting, reinsurance, policy administration and portfolio management of non-life insurance business to contribute to the achievement of financial objectives of the organisation.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Honours BCom in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Risk Management and Insurance
• 8-10years Life and/or short term insurance underwriting experience
• 8-10years Insurance operating system experience

• Oversees compliance to Preferential Procurement and Supplier Development B-BBEE targets throughout the procurement process and procures goods and services in a fair, bequitable, transparent, competitive and cost-effective manner in line with Procurement Policies and Procedures and relevant legislation.

• 3-year qualification in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
