    Account Manager

    Who we are looking for

    We have an amazing opportunity for an Account Manager based at our Johannesburg office to join our growing team and work with some of the world's leading brands. We are looking for a hands-on, customer-centric, target-driven Account Manager, who has a passion for delivering customer delight and growing market share. 

    The successful Account Manager will not be afraid to get their hands dirty and walk the hard yards when necessary in order to achieve the best outcome for our clients and our business.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Fostering customer relationships to deliver the best possible outcome for all

    Requirements

    • B.Comm degree or Tertiary Business qualification / Sales & Marketing qualification
    • 5 yrs selling experience B2B
    • 3-5 years experience in an Account Management role
    • Experience in team dynamics (has worked as part of team environment / cross functional teams)
    • Understanding of and ability to do market research (competitors, clients, landscape etc)
    • Well-spoken and well-written
    • P.O.S / display selling (advantageous)
    • Analytical, organised and comfortable with managing tasks and process adherence
    • Strong with administration within the sales process and customer management
    • A firm understanding of commerce (the sales world)
    • Agency experience of managing blue chip accounts

    Creative Director

    Who we are looking for

    We are excited to welcome a talented, inspired & motivated Creative Director to our growing team. Based at our Cape Town office, this individual will be able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver world-class design work, whilst also being a top hands-on Designer for existing clients and new business possibilities. 

    For this role you would need to be experienced in the world of agency or brand and POS (Point of Sale); be able to lead a team; and be able to take ownership for producing high quality output that exceeds client expectations.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct, mentor and inspire the Design Team to deliver high quality outputs;
    • Manage the day-to-day running of the Design Studio & be accountable for the quality of all creative work produced by the team;
    • Build phenomenal relationships with our Clients: be able to manage expectations and provide them with services that exceed their expectations;
    • Obtain client briefs and work alongside the broader business team to develop the most creative solution for each client campaign within scope and timelines;
    • Manage project scopes, timelines and budgets; 
    • Clearly communicate client needs to your team to ensure that the output produced meets with agreed briefs;
    • Build trusting and collaborative relationships with account teams assigned to a brand, ensuring all stakeholders are clearly aligned with design output;
    • Be the custodian and voice of creativity client side (client centric) 
    • Champion each concept from a creative perspective through the internal departments and business value chain;
    • Assist internally in times of pressure and always meet deadlines

    Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in the creative industry
    • 7 years + experience in a Creative Design / similar role 
    • Proven experience in directing client campaigns through the BTL 
    • Demonstrated ability to be a multi-faceted creative with skills across multiple media channels
    • Team management (and leadership) experience at management level 
    • Experience within a client-facing role, and can hold self with confidence and poise
    • At least 5 years experience leading a Design team with the desire to grow and develop people
    • Worked across the full creative suite of software applications 
    • Experience in 3D product design desirable 
    • Managed multiple projects at one time
    • Competent in raster, vector and 3D design tools, including but not limited to; Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, (3D Studio Max, V-Ray preferable but not essential); G Suite and Office basics)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills – verbal and visual
