Job Description

• Provide the necessary assistance to the entire Insurance department in respect of the underwriting, claims on Insurance policies and financial administration.

Requirements

• Have a Grade 12 certificate.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Strong administrative and financial skills.
• NQF4 qualification with regard to insurance will be beneficial.
• RE5 qualification will be beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Continuous maintenance and processing of information regarding Flexi system as well as GWK’s internal systems
• Handle renewals, cancellations and quotations on policies
• Claims administration
• Liaison with insurers
• Perform general administration support
• Management of crop insurance administration
• Updating and collecting customer information.

• Performs varied tasks relating to the manufacturing function and requiring some initiative and basic training.

• Valid driver's license (Code B) for tractor
• Must be willing to work overtime
