    Client Servicing Lead

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build and manage lead development pipeline; handle and qualify inbound leads
    • Compile weekly advertising and performance report for clients
    • Provide quality research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting approaches by the business development head
    • Qualify and nurture leads, working with the sales and marketing team to close business.
    • Proactively communicate product and industry knowledge to prospects and customers, with passion
    • Utilize Salesforce, Pipedrive and Google Apps for all call and sales activity and provide accurate forecasts and weekly reports
    • Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams to align with all daily campaigns and operations
    • Assist the business development manager in ongoing sales activities, such as:
    • Scheduling of sales calls and meetings
    • Setting reminders to contact certain accounts
    • Additional Research into accounts to assist in closure

     

    Skills and Competencies

    • Matric minimum. Post-graduate qualification preferred
    • 3+ years of account development or inside B2B sales experience
    • Experience selling Media (video inventory)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • CRM tools experience a plus

    Content Curator

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Locating and evaluating valuable content
    • Sorting, organizing, and structuring content so that it is as accessible as possible
    • Contextualizing content to help make it as meaningful as possible to a specific audience
    • Creating and re-purposing content when it adds to the underlying value
    • Capitalizing on social networks and connections to present and share content
    • Building trusted relationships with other curators
    • Refining content sources and approaches to curation over time
    • Implement the Content Strategy at a portal level
    • Track performance and make recommendations around actions to be taken
    • Programme the CMS (Content Management System)
    • Take responsibility for all QA on the portal
    • Act as Programme Acceptance Officer, ensure it is correctly rated
    • Be key link between Marketing & Content
    • Maintaining records and cataloguing acquisitions
    • Researching, compiling and preparing written information about catalogues and publish on website
    • Collaborating with other institutions
    • Ensuring that collections are properly preserved
    • Create a list of relevant topics that the target audience would find valuable
    • Develop specific keywords and phrases for each topic to utilize as search criteria during the curation process
    • Determine what standards a piece of content must meet in order to be considered
    • Define what successful curation looks like and the metrics needed to track this success
    • Agree upon a posting schedule for curated content that includes which platforms and their respective frequencies
    • Create a schedule and process for curating to consistently meet posting timeline
    • Identify who else might need to be consulted for approvals outside of the curation team
    • Review analytics for engagement to note what is working and what isn’t and adjust accordingly

     

    Skills and Competencies

    • 7-11 years of exeprience in Content Curation with the ability to organise, present and communicate messages effectively through design
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent project management and organisational skills
    • Knowledge of Media and TV Content
    • Good teamworking skills
    • Excellent research and IT skills
