    Junior Administrator - The Dome

    Job Description

    • This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administrator to join our team at our Dome Branch!

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Basic Invoicing
    • Assist walk-in clients & dealers
    • Maintain office systems
    • Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation
    • Assist Vehicle Buying Personnel with admin documentation 
    • Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office
    • Manage the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies
    • Monthly reporting, etc.
    • Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)

    Skills:

    • Fully bilingual 
    • Strong organizational skills with fine attention to detail
    • Excellent Customer Service skills
    • Be organized and able to take direction under authority
    • Excellent Listening skills
    • Excellent telephone etiquette 
    • Strong personality that can manage heavy workloads 
    • Positive attitude
    • Must be able to delegate and manage people successfully

    Further Requirements:

    • Must preferably reside in Gqeberha or surrounding area
    • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Must have own transport and valid driver’s license
    • Must be willing to work every second weekend and some public holidays
    • Minimum education: Diploma/Degree
    • No criminal record

    Job Description

    Vacancy: Senior Technician

    • We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Technician to join our team at our Richmond Branch.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and managing a small team of mechanics, assistants, and apprentices.

    Requirements / Personal Attributes:

    • Presentable appearance and sober habits
    • Excellent timekeeping

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Ability to train and support co-workers
    • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
    • Working knowledge of electrical DBs and wiring

    In-depth knowledge of:

    • Reconning starters, alternators, and electrical components
    • ECUs and key coding
    • ECU programming
    • Team player with the ability to lead and set high standards
    • Professional and thorough knowledge in the field

    Qualifications / Experience:

    • Trade-test Motor Mechanic (Red Seal)
    • 5–7 years’ experience in diagnostics and fault finding
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Advantageous: experience in managing a team

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Perform services, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles
    • Manage a small team of mechanics and apprentices
    • Conduct mechanical and electronic diagnostics
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
    • Source and order parts
    • Diagnose and repair ECU-related issues
    • Repair vehicle wiring and electrical components
    • Code keys and program ECUs
    • Liaise with internal and external workshops
    • Manage vehicle logistics
    • Handle all administrative processes for repairs and recon, including approvals and orders
