    • Job Title: ETQA Manager
    • Department: Academic Quality and Compliance
    • Reporting To: General Manager – Ucademy
    • Location: Cape Town (Hybrid)
    • Employment Type: Full-time 
    • Purpose of the Role
    • The ETQA Manager at Ucademy is responsible for ensuring that all accredited and non-accredited learning programmes meet the highest standards of educational quality and regulatory compliance.
    • This role safeguards Ucademy’s institutional integrity as a registered Private Learning Institution with the Services SETA, maintaining compliance with QCTO, SAQA, and DHET requirements while driving continuous improvement across programmes that support impact sourcing, employability, and BPO sector capability development.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in education, Quality Management, or Training and Development (Postgraduate qualification advantageous).
    • Registered Assessor and Moderator with ETDP SETA.
    • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in ETQA management or quality assurance within an accredited training provider.
    • Proven experience in managing SETA or QCTO accreditation, verification, and audit processes
    • Strong knowledge of NQF, QCTO frameworks, SAQA regulations, and Skills Development legislation
    • Experience in blended and digital learning environments will be advantageous
