    Content Marketing Manager

    Content Marketing will unlock the gold that exists within our merchant base through content strategy and creation of various types of downloadable or online content and blog articles to expand Yoco’s digital footprint, awareness, community, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.     Key Responsibilities:

    IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

    Key requirements to perform responsibilities:

    • Marketing degree or diploma or equivalent relevant working experience.
    • +5 years experience in a content creation and strategy role.
    • A strong portfolio of original writing including narrative writing, interviews, business stories, learning materials and guides - preferably both B2B and B2C.
    • Experience with Wordpress.
    • A a strong SEO skill set, from implementation of on-page SEO best practices to creating content around highly-trafficked SEO terms.

    Revenue Analyst

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Manage the accounting for multiple revenue streams as well as implementing and monitoring internal controls.
    • Maintain the validity, accuracy and completeness for revenue and inventory accounting.

    ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    Senior Data Analyst (Product Insights)

    At Yoco we build new great new products for merchants as quickly as possible by forming small autonomous, cross-functional pods capable of end to end delivery. Each pod includes a Product Manager, front and back-end engineers, QA and a product designer. From 2020 we are adding data analysts as a core skill that is required in each pod. The broader data analyst team embedded in pods will make up the new Product Insights team. As a senior in this space you will be leading analytical thinking in the Product Management space, coaching the data analysts in advanced analytics, and building out a team to scale this impact across all products.

    Creating a generalised, repeatable framework for analysing user behaviour in digital platforms:

    • Key to the role is building a platform that enables rapid visual analysis by all stakeholders. This encompasses the entire framework from initial setup, standardising tagging within and across platforms, and metadata management, to front-end set up and user training.

    Supporting Product Managers to implement and rapidly iterate through the build, measure and learn loop:

    • Ensure that data is a consideration throughout the software development lifecycle by partnering with Product Managers at the outset and feeding back to Engineering to ensure data quality.

    Define great metrics to align the team:

    • Parse product objectives into measurable KPIs and perform the analysis, to not only measure success but also to provide insights into explaining user behaviour and proposing experiments to validate hypotheses.

    Business Intelligence Engineer

    The role will be pivotal in the data space and you’ll have the freedom to design the optimal frameworks, using your in-depth knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles. Further, you’ll be set to build and grow the cloud-based warehouse in the following three areas:

    • Building a world-class, scalable warehouse: Key responsibilities are building robust ETL, reliable scheduling, and structuring a performant data warehouse to enable reporting and analysis across all business areas.     • Building and maintaining technical systems: You will be working closely with the Engineering and Data Science teams to manage and maintain the data pipeline end-to-end. You will be responsible for setting up and scheduling batch jobs to aggregate raw data into facts and dimensions and marts. You will also identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies in data tracking and work with Engineering to rectify these, you will need to understand the complete picture of all data within Yoco.

    As a Salesforce Architect, you will form part of the wider technical team that is responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of Yoco’s range of internal and merchant/customer-facing software.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of the Salesforce instance.
    • Develop Salesforce workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs.
    • Create, execute and maintain VisualForce, APEX code where needed.

    • 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Architecture role.
    • Experience using the Salesforce Rest API.
    • Working knowledge of integration effort and tasks with the Salesforce platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Service Cloud, and third-party app-exchange solutions.
    • Working knowledge of technical foundation elements: experience with structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, & SOA.
    • Working knowledge of data warehouse, multiple database platforms, and ETL.
    • Effectively work with management, on-site/off-site development staff to accomplish project deliverables.
    • Work with business analysts to define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the business needs.
    • Have the ability to lead and manage while be ready to roll-up your sleeves and be hand on when needed.
    • Experience with AGILE/SCRUM methodology and processes.
    • Strong communication/interpersonal skills both written and verbal
    • and the ability to quickly form meaningful working partnerships.

    Bonus Points (achieved one or more):

    • Salesforce certified architecture designer
    • OR Salesforce certified application architect
    • OR Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
