    Overview:

    • We are seeking an experienced Technical HRIS Solution Architect to join a global leader in the financial services industry. This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of HRIS architecture, as well as expertise in IT infrastructure and architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge HRIS solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of technical systems, as well as IT. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical leadership, problem-solving acumen, and a strong commitment to delivering high-performance technology solutions, within an environment that has a young IT infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Architectural Design: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance HRIS solutions, including integrations across various business units, from conceptualization through to deployment.
    • Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the project team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Solution Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the HRIS solution, ensuring solutions are robust, reliable, and aligned with the company's business goals.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with clients, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and drive the successful implementation of technical solutions.
    • Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical challenges, and develop and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with implementation partners and vendors to ensure high standards of code quality, system performance, and delivery timelines.
    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, implementations, and best practices.
    • Innovation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the architecture practice.
    • Feasibility Studies: Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide recommendations to ensure that proposed solutions are both practical and cost-effective.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience: 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or a related field.
    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
    • Architectural Skills: Demonstrated experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems and solutions.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and ecosystems.
    • Strong technical understanding of IT.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
    • In-depth knowledge of data translation and integration patterns, including working with internal schemas and HRIS systems.
    • Familiarity with data protection principles, particularly regarding employee-sensitive data (e.g., encryption).
    • Previous experience in the financial services industry is required.
    • Leadership: Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to guide teams and influence key stakeholders.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of developing solutions to complex technical challenges.
