    Internal Sales Representative

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Sales.
    • Customer Service.
    • Administration and Reporting.
    • SHEQ Integrated Management System control.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

    SALES

    • Ensure sales and GP targets are met.
    • Sell stock to customers.
    • Source stock internally to complete customer orders.
    • Arrange timeous delivery of products with internal or external transport providers.
    • Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, telesales, outbound cold calls, and emails.
    • Manage and maintain pricing in line with the company pricing requirements.
    • Analyse customers’ sales history on system and identify sales opportunities.
    • Grow existing customer- and new customer base.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE

    • Always maintain a high level of customer service standards with internal and external customers.
    • Resolve customer queries timeously.
    • Provide daily feedback to customers on back orders and out-of-stocks.

    ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING

    • Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices timeously and accurately.
    • Ensure the efficient and timeous processing of customer orders.
    • Ensure data systems are accurate and always updated.
    • Assist with any other sales related tasks as required.

    KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Grade 12 with at least 1 or 2 additional short course certifications.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 1 years’ experience in a similar position.
    • 3 years’ experience in a sales environment.
    • Experience within the aluminium industry is an added advantage.

    KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

    • Computer literacy with Proficiency in MS Excel at a basic level.
    • Proficient in SAGE / Pastel Evolution, or similar, at an intermediate level.
    • A thorough practical knowledge of best practices in sales processes.

    Picker And Packer

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Picking.
    • Packing.
    • Warehouse assistance.
    • SHEQ Integrated Management System control.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    PICKING

    • Ensure accurate picking of stock according to picking slip.
    • Verify that correct stock was picked.
    • Ensure accurate completion of picking slips.
    • Indicate name, date, weights, dimensions, and signatures on all picking slips, as required.
    • Indicate and communicate any anomalies on the picking slip.
    • Indicate and communicate any product quantity and colour differences on the picking slip.

    PACKING

    • Ensure accurate packing of stock into correct areas/bin locations.
    • Ensure effective wrapping of the product according to company procedures, to ensure protection of the product.
    • Ensure correct stock is submitted to dispatch area.
    • Prepare products for shipment or delivery.
    • Pack and load products onto vehicles according to company specifications.

    WAREHOUSE ASSISTANCE

    • Ensure that all stock is correctly and neatly located, binned, and maintaining a tidy display of the products.
    • Ensure adherence to stacking and storage requirements at all times.
    • Perform the loading and unloading of products from vehicles and containers.
    • Assist with the receiving of stock as required.
    • Accompany drivers on deliveries to provide assistance with offloading or loading products at customer sites.
    • Conduct stock counts.
    • Perform regular cleaning tasks to maintain a clean, tidy, and sanitary warehouse environment.

    Requirements

    • Ability to do basic numerical calculations.

    • Awareness and understanding of the ISO Standard requirements relevant to the position.

    Support Technician

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    TECHNICAL SUPPORT

    • Training customers on fabrication, assembly and installation of systems and operation of punch tools.
    • Printing and binding of training materials, ensuring the customers have the correct manuals and literature required when manufacturing our systems.
    • Traveling to all branches, as per requirements to offer training to clients in remote areas.
    • Offering training of installation and not only manufacturing of systems, visiting sites to ensure the installation of systems had been done correctly, upon request only.
    • Control all punch tools in the business.
    • Check the working functions of punch tools returned to ensure no damages occurred whilst on customer sites.
    • Ensure the punch tools go for maintenance, should maintenance be required.
    • Liaising with service supplier and making arrangements for collection and delivery, also testing that the maintenance had been performed and the tool operates adequately.
    • Ensure quality checks and punch tool package completeness before sending out to customers.
    • Ensure punch tool agreement form is completed and keep records of all data.
    • Management of punch tool contracts and tracking of allocations.
    • Provide technical product advice to customers relating to quotation request.
    • Provide accurate technical support to internal- and external stakeholders, including troubleshooting, analysis etc.
    • Visiting site to problem solve issues, leaks, or malfunctions of systems
    • Operating a company vehicle to deliver or collect punch tools or hardware items to clients or when enroute to customer training sessions.
    • Ensure the Training Centre maintains a clean, tidy, and sanitary appearance always.
    • Manufacturing new R&D developments and ensuring the functionality of new developments.

    SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT

    • Compile cutting list on Fenestration Design Software System.
    • Compile material lists on Fenestration Design Software System.
    • Updating of machinery maintenance checklists and records.
    • Report manufacturing issues, cutting list problems or software/manual related mistakes back to the technical department for rectification with software suppliers or the relevant internal department.
    • Offer first line Fenestration Design Software System support to customers.
    • Assist with Fenestration Design Software System software support to customers.
    • Conduct software specific training (Bizman & Logikal) with internal and external stakeholders as required.

    Requirements

    KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Grade 12 with at least 1 or 2 additional short course certifications.
    • Valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s License.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

    KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

    • Computer literacy with Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level.
    • Knowledge of AAAMSA and SAGGA regulations.
    • Proficient in Fenestration Design Software and Estimating Systems.
    • In-depth product knowledge, including their features, functionalities, and potential troubleshooting points.
