    HR Manager: Input Supply

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain an enabling work environment that supports employee engagement and productivity
    • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes in line with approved workforce plans, ensuring timeous, quality appointments to meet business needs
    • Manage and monitor HR service delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including tracking performance, addressing service gaps, and driving continuous improvement
    • Partner with line management to ensure effective people practices aligned to business requirements
    • Support development and succession planning initiatives within the channel
    • Implement and administer performance management processes in line with Group standards
    • Ensure compliance with labour legislation, governance requirements, and HR best practices
    • Drive HR operational efficiencies through consistent processes and disciplined execution.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to HR Business Partners within the Input Supply channel.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications:  A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
    • Requirements (South Africa): Minimum of 3–5 years’ HR experience in s similar role, with preference given to candidates who have at least 2 years’ managerial experience. Strong knowledge of labour legislation and compliance frameworks. Sound understanding of performance management systems. Exposure to HR technologies and systems.

    Communication Officer

    • The role includes conducting market research, delivering effective marketing and advertising services, managing internal and external communications, overseeing digital platforms, and coordinating customer relations to strengthen the company’s brand presence.

    Junior Grain Grader

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with grain handling by grading different commodities.
    • Assists with the offloading, storage, receiving and dispatching of grain by adhering to instructions and following standard procedures.
    • Ensures that silo, store areas and general premises are clean through observations and inspections, and by adhering to instructions.
    • Ensures that machinery, product handling equipment and gutters are in working condition.

    Laboratory Analyst: Microbiology

    • We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a commercial food testing laboratory environment who can contribute immediately to our ISO 17025 accredited operations.
    • Perform microbiological analyses of client and internal samples strictly in accordance with ISO 17025 accredited methods.
    • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely recording and processing of test results.
    • Maintain method compliance and assist with technical upkeep of existing methods.
    • Participate in method development, validation, and evaluation of new methodologies where required.
    • Professionally manage client-related technical queries and communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding testing or result-related matters.

    Requirements

    • BSc degree with Microbiology as a major subject (BTech qualifications will not be considered for this position).
    •  Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial food microbiology laboratory.
    • Demonstrated understanding of ISO 17025 laboratory practices and quality systems.
    • Experience with routine food pathogen testing (e.g., Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli, etc.).

    Advantageous:

    • Experience in molecular techniques (e.g., PCR-based pathogen detection, sequencing etc).
    •  Exposure to method validation and verification studies.

    Credit Analyst (Level 1)

     Handling of all portfolio client credit applications:

    • Collate, prepare, and file all required documentation, including application support documents (e.g., bank confirmations, HP balances), FICA/KYC records, and security documents
    • Compile final application packs for account creation and track the outcomes of approvals
    • Review credit applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
    • Analyse and interpret financial statements, compare with previous years, and flag any irregularities
    • Confirm grain deliveries and validate input norms, yields, prices, and cash flow assumptions
    • Review and verify security values, ensuring compliance with internal policies
    • Recommend and discuss necessary changes with the Manager: Agriculture Finance (MAF), and resolve any issues
    • Provide timely updates to the Assistant Credit Manager, Credit Manager, and MAF on the status of applications
    • Manage interim and additional credit applications as required

    Collection of debt and payments

    • Conduct telephonic enquiries and make arrangements with clients regarding debt collection and account payments
    • Confirm client payment arrangements and update notes accordingly in SAP
    • Allocate incoming payments, manage collections, and process grain income disbursements
    • Identify accounts in dispute, arrears, or with potential carry-over debt at an early stage, and report findings
    • Prepare delinquent accounts for handover to the Legal department
    • Draft and issue final demand letters to client

    Provide administrative support

    • Issue instructions for the registration, cancellation, or restructuring of securities and cessions

    Manage credit limits, including:

    • Following up on requested extensions
    • Monitoring approval conditions for facility openings
    • Coordinating the activation and availability of credit limits
    • Adjusting limits downward based on received payments or grain deliveries
    • Monitor approved clients without grain cessions
    • Handle estate late accounts and ensure proper follow-up and documentation

    Client liaison

    • Liaise with portfolio clients on all application-related matters as needed throughout the process
    • Communicate application outcomes to clients upon request from the Manager: Agriculture Finance (MAF), or in their absence
    • Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients at all times
    • Monitor the utilization of credit facilities and follow up with relevant stakeholders
    • Track and explain instances where credit limits are exceeded, engaging directly with clients to resolve issues

    Requirements

    • Microsoft office (Excel & Word)
    • Atleast 1 year of relevant credit experience

    Qualifications:

    • A relevant BCom degree
