    IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Facilitate IT governance processes by maintaining governance frameworks, policies, standards, security documentation and governance reporting while supporting strategic IT decision-making.
    • Coordinate internal and external IT audits by managing audit engagements, evidence collection, stakeholder communication and remediation of audit findings.
    • Administer end-to-end SAP and business systems access management, including user provisioning, Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews, access certifications and emergency access monitoring.
    • Monitor IT risks and regulatory compliance by maintaining risk registers, tracking remediation activities and supporting business continuity and information security initiatives.
    • Promote governance, risk and compliance awareness across the IT environment through stakeholder engagement, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications and experience: Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Internal Audit, Risk Management or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in IT governance, IT audit facilitation, access management or IT compliance.

    Graduate: SAP

    What you’ll do:

    •  Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
    • Assist with system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for SAP-related queries.

    Asset Valuation Analyst: Level 1

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct agricultural fixed property valuations.
    • Conduct inspections and valuations of agricultural land, infrastructure and fixed improvements
    • Perform valuations of movable agricultural assets.
    • Conduct biological asset valuations and crop yield estimations.
    • Provide specialist valuation and business integration support.
    • Provide technical advice and specialist input on agricultural assets to support informed credit and lending decisions.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure valuations are accurate, consistent and aligned with organisational standards.

    Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years' experience within an agricultural or agribusiness environment. Knowledge of agricultural production systems, land capability and soil potential. Experience interpreting NDVI satellite imagery.

    Bank Clerk (Credit)

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Reconcile bank control accounts, process journals, and resolve discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
    • Administer petty cash processes by verifying supporting documentation, processing journals, and managing vendor-related transactions.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide peer support by assisting with the installation, configuration, identification, analysis, and remediation of infrastructure-level technology defects to ensure optimal availability and reliability of critical business systems.

    Description

    Planning and Demand Forecasting

    • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and sales data to forecast demand for the Animal Care and Animal Feed portfolio.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand customer requirements and market opportunities.
    • Develop purchasing strategies that optimise profitability while achieving budget and sales targets.
    • Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies where required.

    Supplier Sourcing and Management

    • Identify, evaluate, and appoint suppliers of Animal Care and Animal Feed products.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, trading terms, and supply agreements.
