    Electrician UG, C3, KRL081/25GS

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Interprets and coordinate pre-work with regards to repairs planned and predictive maintenance
    • Accesses any area safety to perform necessary maintenance on machines or equipment
    • Performs safety inspections of equipment and assesses risks on equipment
    • Maintains a clean and safe worksite
    • Ensure the upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment
    • Coordinates activities associated with troubleshooting and repairing maintenance equipment
    • Perform hands on maintenance support during breakdowns and shutdowns
    • Perform standby duties and training of personnel, when required

    Requirements:

    • Recognized Electrical Trade Test Certificate

    Internal Candidates

    • Grade 12 with Math (Not Literacy) & Science, minimum E symbol with relevant two N2 Trade related subjects as per MQA guideline or N2 with four relevant trade related subjects as per MQA guideline

    External Candidates

    • Grade 12 with Math (Not Literacy) & Science, minimum E symbol with four N2 relevant trade related subjects as per MQA guideline
    • Have sound knowledge of MHSA, safety systems and a high regard for safety, regulations and standards

    Mining Activity Engineer OC, D1, MMS091/25GS - Fixed Term

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Compiling designs, detailed plans and short-term schedules for major mining activities on the mine
    • Compiling of weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual reconciliations as part of compliance to plan reporting
    • Supply required information for weekly marketing and management plans
    • Assist in compiling weekly review (planning) meetings presentation(s), as well as the monthly planning meeting
    • Liaising with other Activity Engineers with regards to integration of mine plans
    • Liaising with various other departments including, but not limited, Survey, Geology, Environmental, Mining, Metallurgy and Engineering
    • Assist with annual budget/LOM process

    Requirements:

     Qualification:

    • National Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering OR
    • Relevant Opencast mining qualifications WITH recognition and recommendation for prior learning and experience

    Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years’ mining experience with 2 years appointed in a relevant mining production environment appointed as a supervisor OR 2 years relevant experience as Planning Officer
    • Experience with Mine Planning software including, but not limited to, 3D-dig, Microstation, Dragsim, Deswik
    • Experience in assessing management principles around mining and related equipment and associated operational standards and philosophies
    • Experience in relevant opencast mining areas (mine pit design, activity design [drill & blast, pre-stripping, dragline, truck & shovel, coaling], scheduling, machine performance)
    • An appreciation of legislation relating to the mining industry, as well as applicable procedures
    • Ability to work under pressure and variable workload
    • Good analytical capabilities
    • Financial budgeting skills
    • Good communication (verbal and written) skills
    • A high regard for safety
    • Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Valid driver’s license and own transport
    • In possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness

    Financial Controller, D4, NDC092/25GS

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Accountability for the execution of Business level financial reporting processes
    • Facilitating the development of budgets and managing the monthly forecasts
    • Knowledge of management systems like SAP, SharePoint, PowerBI, HSEC Online and Isometrix
    • Oversees the creation, interpretation and implementation of financial accounting policies
    • Manages the preparation and submission of Annual Financial Statements in compliance with applicable financial reporting standards
    • Monitors compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and  Accounting Interpretations
    • Accountable for the overall trial balance, including review of reconciliations
    • Manages transactional accounting and processing activities, including cash, payroll, fixed assets, debtors, creditors and revenue accounting
    • Coordinates the period end close process and short-term cash forecasting
    • Responsible for the governance and integration of all financial systems (ERP, Treasury, Marketing, Forecasting, etc.)
    • Half year and Year end statutory reporting including external briefing paper submissions and governance reviews
    • Responsible for internal and external financial reporting requirements including RAC, Board, JV and Third-Party reporting
    • Responsible for general statistical and statutory reporting requirements e.g. SARB & DMR statistical submissions
    • Coordinates governance related activities including governance reviews and internal and external audits
    • Manages external audit engagements

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Finance
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance related field with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
    • Sound understanding of accounting policies, ERP systems, risk management, governance, budgeting & forecasting, reporting and cost control
    • Experienced in budgeting, forecasting and reporting - mining industry experience is preferred
    • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills

    • Planning and organization skills
    • Computer literacy (MS Office suite)
    • Valid driver’s license

    Procurement & Document Control Administrator

    Key responsibilities include:

    Procurement Planning

    • Collaborate with departments to identify procurement needs and timelines.
    • Develop and maintain procurement plans aligned to project and business requirements.

    Sourcing and Tendering

    • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tenders.
    • Engage with suppliers to obtain quotations in line with specifications and timelines.
    • Evaluate bids based on price, quality, delivery, and compliance.

    Contracting and Compliance

    • Draft and negotiate procurement contracts aligned to company templates and Delegation of Authority (DoA).
    • Ensure compliance with Seriti Green’s procurement policies, ESG commitments, and applicable legislation.

    Supplier Management

    • Identify, register, and evaluate suppliers.
    • Maintain an up-to-date supplier database.
    • Build strong supplier relationships and manage performance.
    • Resolve issues in collaboration with project and finance teams.

     Purchase Order Management

    • Issue and track purchase orders from request to payment.
    • Collaborate with Finance to verify invoices and ensure timeous payments.

    Document Control

    • Manage creation, storage, retrieval, and distribution of procurement documents.
    • Ensure version control and secure access protocols.
    • Maintain retention, archiving, and disposal processes in line with policy.
    • Support employees with training and guidance on document management systems.

    Administration & Support

    • Assist with monthly and quarterly procurement reports for internal review.
    • Take accurate minutes in procurement meetings and track action items.
    • Assist in the preparation of procurement-related reports and presentations.
    • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
    • Support internal audits and risk mitigation efforts.

    Education & Experience

    • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
    • Prior experience in renewable energy, construction, or engineering sector preferred.
    • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
    • Experience using procurement systems (e.g., Lexis Nexis, Oracle) advantageous
