    Health and Safety Manager

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team.
    • As the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients. You will work closely with all departments to identify potential hazards and risks, as well as provide training and support to promote a culture of safety throughout the organisation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Risk identification and documentation, risk analysis, risk planning, and risk monitoring and control.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
    • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
    • Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.
    • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, and make recommendations for prevention.
    • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, and inspections.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations, and make necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
    • Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
    • Communicate safety regulations and procedures to clients and subcontractors.
    • Conduct safety orientations for new employees and contractors.
    • Manage safety budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Samtrac qualification (or equivalent accredited qualification).
    • SACPCMP registration.
    • Working on heights qualification (accredited training certificate).
    • Fall Protection Planner qualification (accredited training certificate)
    • Preliminary Incident Investigation qualification (accredited training certificate).
    • Registered in terms of SACPCMP as a CHSO, Candidate CHSO will also be acceptable certificate).
    • At least 5 years experience in the HSE environment preferably in Construction/Property Management.
    • At least 3 years in a managerial position leading a team of 10 OHS Officers.
    • Experience in the implementation and maintenance of safety systems in the workplace according to the OHS ACT & Regulations.
    • Drivers licence.

    Draughtsman

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. The draughtsman will work closely with our design team to translate their ideas and concepts into accurate and precise drawings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create detailed drawings and plans for projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
    • Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications

    HVAC Supervisor

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. As the HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for our clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Maintenance Management

    • Oversees all HVAC installations and maintenance throughout the portfolio.
    • Supervision of internal and external teams.
    • Assisting the team with on-site fault finding.
    • Preparing maintenance schedules (PPM) and registers of all assets.
    • Liaising with tenants on break downs.
    • Completing adjudication costs for approval.
    • Ability to work with the appointed engineer.
    • To complete small designs, with the use of different systems. Also, to be able to spec the correct systems and devices with accurate calculations.
    • Traveling to each building within the portfolio, completing assessments and reports on the systems.
    • Ensure the service providers Service level agreements are managed according to the terms and conditions that were agreed on.

    Customer Service Management

    • Liaise with tenants and resolve building maintenance queries timeously.
    • General management of tenant-landlord relationships
    • Build a good relationship with contractors.

    Risk Management

    • Ensures compliance with relevant Acts.
    • Controls, manages, and governs the processes and systems within the area of accountability to ensure compliance and minimize business risk.

    Self-development

    • Identifies training/development needs and pro-actively selects effective solutions to address development gaps.
    • Ensures that a personal development plan is developed and implemented.

    Staff management

    • Responsible for the implementation and review of individual role profiles within his/her teams.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Refrigeration Trade Test-  Red Seal or NQF 6 Airconditioning
    • Matric

    • 3-5 years as HVAC technician /  Supervisor 
    • String technical knowledge

    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    • As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support this includes but is not limited to managing office supplies, maintaining records and databases, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with general office tasks.

    Field Services Coordinator

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • The Field Services Administrator is responsible for supporting the operation departments and coordinating administration matters relating to Maintenance and Technical departments. General/ad hoc duties to be assigned from time to time.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • General Maintenance Administration
    • Create purchase orders
    • Provide maintenance support to the company with the administration and coordination of the maintenance administration.
    • Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from suppliers and other departments.
    • Review, file, store and organize documents, reports and information, soft and hard copies, that will optimize swift and accurate capturing, database management and information storing.
    • Enter and update information on relevant databases.
    • Ensure data is backed up.
    • Provide feedback to the relevant people to ensure the accuracy of the information received and submitted.
    • Capture Job Cards and create job cards number.
    • Request and capture quotations with the approved suppliers on the correct platforms following the correct procedures.
    • Request and ensure proper approval for received quotations.
    • Capture orders on the relevant platform for approvals from the relevant section.
    • Record and document all quotations, orders, approvals, purchases as per the procedures for accuracy and transparency.
    • Follow up on all outstanding quotations and orders.
    • Update the correct platform with information pertaining to all quotation and order request for easy of access and accuracy.
    • Fast track all orders and follow up regularly to ensure a conducive turnaround time.
    • Contact Suppliers for emergency repairs, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
    • Perform general/ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
    • Submit monthly reports on administrative maintenance matters.

    Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Previous experience in an administrative role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proactive and positive attitude
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Customer service experience is a plus
