As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support this includes but is not limited to managing office supplies, maintaining records and databases, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with general office tasks.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
Perform stock count
Maintain accurate records and databases
Manage asset register
Raising and loading of purchase orders
Job card management
Assist with general office task
Provide support as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an administrative rolein a technical field such as lifts, fire and HVAC
SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
