    Contracts Management Specialist

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

    • A recognized Project Management/ Contract Management qualification. 
    • At least 5 years’ experience in international contracting, joint venture formation, strategic planning, or other highly complex contractual arrangements is required. 
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a Technical Contract Management role.
    • Proficient in the use of Project Management Tools and Systems

    Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:

    Contract Management

    • Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various contracts, including NDAs, sales/purchasing agreements, subcontracts, and consulting agreements.
    • Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters, ensuring smooth communication between SANSA and contractors.
    • Review and analyse contract terms to ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of contractual obligations, changes, and amendments.

    Contract Compliance & Maintenance

    • Monitor adherence to contract terms, ensuring proper execution of obligations.
    • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to contracts.
    • Coordinate with project managers to ensure contracts align with project objectives.
    • Keep track of key deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.

    Financial and Risk Management

    • Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting related to contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies, risk management, and insurance requirements.
    • Assist in financial planning, pricing strategies, and economic impact analysis.

    Stakeholder Liaison

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including main contractors, subcontractors, designers, users, quality personnel, and system engineers.
    • Provide detailed reports on contract schedules, cash flow, and project progress.
    • Engage with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

    Technical Project Administrative Assistant

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

    • A Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Office Administration or equivalent related qualification.
    • Three (3) years’ experience in technical project office support.
    • Fundamental understanding of project processes and project financial processes. 
    • Good computer skills and experience in the use of MS Office Suite packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
    • Good communication skills, ability to multitask, and be able to work independently.

    Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:

    Document Management

    • Maintain and prepare various project documents efficiently and accurately.
    • Draft letters, emails, and minutes while handling data entry tasks.
    • Manage and maintain both electronic and manual filing systems for easy retrieval of project documents.

    Office Administration and Support

    • Track project budgets, expenditure, and facilitate invoice processing.
    • Order office supplies and ensure proper resource allocation within budget constraints.
    • Conduct information searches to support project decision-making.
    • Provide secretarial support to managers and teams as required.

    Meetings and Events Management

    • Organise and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
    • Draft agendas, book meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and take minutes for project-related meetings.

    Travel Coordination

    • Arrange domestic and international travel for project teams.
    • Book flights, accommodation, car rentals, and shuttles in line with SANSA’s policies.
    • Process travel claims and expense reconciliations.

    Security Systems Technician

    Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:

    • Install, configure, fit, and integrate security systems
    • Repair and maintain security systems
    • Monitor security systems daily
    • Assist and liaise with the security team, technicians, and project team with security-related matters
    • Be safety conscious

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience: 

    • A minimum of a 3-year degree or diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related qualification
    • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a technician, with at least one year’s working experience in security systems installations, repairs, and maintenance

    Knowledge and experience of:

    • Microsoft operating systems
    • Networking (design, planning, and installation)
    • Biometric systems (ZKAccess)
    • CCTV and VMS’s (GeoVision GV-VMS, SMartPSS, HikCentral, IVMS)
    • Email software i.e. Outlook
    • Microsoft Office
    • Desktop software and server software (installing and configuring)
    • Hardware technical skills, i.e., use tools and other means to fix/maintain/repair
    • A valid driver’s license
