Your job:

Client Acquisition and Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and other business development strategies.

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.
• Build a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to job offer and placement.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of placements with clients and candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about changes in the job market.

Maintain Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Your profile:

• Grade 12.
• Tertiary qualification preferred.
• 12months + IT recruitment experience in a 360 role in an agency environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-year Degree/National Diploma
• 5-8 years in executive assistance or C-suite business management
• Project management and financial services experience is advantageous

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
• SA Payments industry knowledge (advantageous)
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Data analytical skills and ability to integrate strategy into execution plans
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Driver's license and own transport required

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end executive support, including diary management and office coordination.
• Manage executive office expenses and administration processes.
• Oversee strategic projects and initiatives for the executives.
• Compile and circulate meeting documentation, accurate minutes, and action logs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct business research and data analytics as required.
• Develop and deliver management information systems (MIS).
• Assist in the preparation of reports for company committees and meetings.
• Continuously identify areas for business management improvement

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist in negotiating terms, comparing cover, and presenting reports to new business prospects.
• Conduct ad-hoc wording comparisons and policy audits.
• Compile newsletters and arrange monthly technical workshops.
• Update templates and policy wordings.

Minimum requirements:

• Ideally 10+ years' experience (minimum 8 years) in corporate short-term insurance
• Industry-specific qualifications – AIISA
• FAIS representative registered with the FSCA
