    Recruitment Consultant - IT - Cape Town

    Your job:

    Client Acquisition and Business Development:

    • Identify and approach potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
    • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and other business development strategies.

    Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract candidates.
    • Screen and assess candidates through interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.
    • Build a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

    End-to-End Recruitment Process:

    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to job offer and placement.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of placements with clients and candidates.
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    Maintain Compliance:

    Your profile:

    • Grade 12.

    Executive Office Business Manager

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3-year Degree/National Diploma
    • 5-8 years in executive assistance or C-suite business management
    • Project management and financial services experience is advantageous

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
    • SA Payments industry knowledge (advantageous)
    • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills

    Key Responsibilities include:
