• Conducting interviews 
• Maintaining the CRM system, reporting and data entry. 
• Answering incoming office calls on telephone system. 
• Preparing cost estimates and booking forms on the inhouse booking platform. 
• Working on various schedules for different internal processes. 
• General administration. 
• Handle complaints and feedback from clients. 
• Handle reassignment of tasks when needed. 
• Coaching and guiding applicants. 
• Following up with clients and constant relationship building. 
• Plan out work schedule for cleaners. 
• Solve operational problems and make decisions. 
• Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
