About the role

• Your key focus areas will be to partner with business and provide commercial guidance, ensuring a solid understanding of the link between operational drivers, business strategy and financial performance to enable accurate and effective financial management and decision-making. About the role

• To design, develop, configure, and maintain automation and integration to systems across the Systems Development Lifecycle which are aligned to business processes and relevant internal and external governance. To provide technical system support and query resolution and liaise with system parties to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

About the role:

• The Business Analyst role will support our new Client Information Management (CIM) function, ensuring the completeness, quality and compliance of client data in the Capitec group. The CIM function will be responsible for the design and orchestration of the operational aspects of client data management, particularly the business processes and client journeys to manage and remediate client information. The CIM function will also maintain technical standards and policies relating to client data.
• The role will interact primarily with data analysis functions, onboarding and product teams, operations and compliance, and understanding of the various compliance obligations for financial services clients would be advantageous.
