Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
- Experience in an ETD environment
- Administration/Training/ETD Systems
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Ensure that all courses and events are properly arranged, managed and well organized, and that the facilities and catering are appropriate.
- Ensure that diaries and invitations are coordinated for courses.
- Co-ordinate the preparation and printing of training material.
- Prepare and distribute communication and literature required for courses, both internal and external.
- Administer all internal and external course material and maintain a data base.
- Keep records of courses, attendees and results especially where there is a legal implication.
- Administer the payment for services related to HRD.
- Ensure high standard of housekeeping.
- Support the maintaining of ISO 9001: 2008 systems.

- Assessor and Moderator Certificate registered with MQA
- At least five years HRD and related experience

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
- At least five years HRD experience, of which two years in a specialist Mechanized Mining HRD Role/middle management level.
- Experience in Project Management will be advantageous.
- Managing internal disciplinary proceedings and managing union relationships.
- Designing, implementation and maintenance of the LMS system.
- Have a good understanding of the Skills Development Legislation and Regulation and HRD Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Must have experience with alignment of the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report
- Code 08 driver’s licence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Annual skills plan and revisions
- HRD People Development systems and courses/programs required by the operation.
- Setting up HRD People Development projects
- Structuring and resourcing HRD People Development related initiatives
- Financial expenditure within agreed parameters
- Identifying employees suitable for further training related to the role.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 9001:2008 and MQA accreditation
- Progressive reports on predetermined targets for skills development.
